This location really needs to have the owner come by and see how bad it is. The employees are rude and can never get your order... done as requested. It cost me more for just a burger and fries then what it would have cost for a combo. For what I paid herefor just a burger and fries I couldn?t have gone to What A Burger and got a full combo with the burger patty cooked fresh. Thecurly fries went in the trash. They were cold and tasted horrible. My daughter and her friends went by and spent 30 minutes indrive thru. Had to repeat the order about 4 time due to the employee messing up the order. I could understand if they we?re busyat the time, but it was only me and one other in drive thru. Honestly this location keeps getting worse and worse by the day. Read more
Went here at 12:15am. Waited 45 minutes JUST AT THE screen ALONE saying ?hello? ?hello ?hello? before someone even took my... order , which is super rude and unprofessional and couldn?t reverse because there was about 7 cars behind me. Now I work foodservice and I understand and the lady at the window was so sweet, but overall it took me 1.5 hours to get my food, it wasn?t astaff issue, they said ?the meat had to be thawed? which is ridiculous because it?s fast food, I just feel like overall the waythey do things isn?t proper for a fast food restaurant . No hate to the workers because they were super nice . But definitelywill not be coming back late at night ever again. Read more
I will never ever go again to this jack in the box. It took them more than 1 hour to get my food and I wanted to leave but I was... stuck between 2 cars and couldn't get out of the drive thru. It was 1 old lady cooking and cashier at the same time unbelievablythey need to hire more people. A drive thru place supposed to be no more than 15 min. Never again. Read more
This place is an absolute mess! 3 cars deep at the drive thru on a Friday night, someone comes out the back door saying they are... closed. After taking to him, a new employee, whom speaks a small amount of English, was walked out on by the other 2 employees.Poor kid had no idea who to even call to find out what to do. Longest wait at a drive thru restaurant I've ever had and the kicker is that there was no line and no one parked outside. I was... their only customer and still waited over 20 minutes for a burger, fries, and some tacos. The staff were very friendly but thewait was nuts. I only saw 2 people working the entire back area and tells me they are understaffed due to low business and havelow business due to the understaffing. Slow service. Waited 20 minutes for someone to greet us at the ordering box. I finally said ?hello?!?? Someone then said ?hello,... welcome to jack in the box, please hold.? I'm in and out at the drive thru in less than 30 mins. ???? It's true! You know why? Cause they are short staffed and have no... help doing the work needed on cooking the food.
