We tried Breakfast Taco, Kids Platter and Pancakes. All food came out quite good and tasted nice. Service was decent and quick.... They have lots of tables, so don't think waiting can get too crazy even though it seems to get a lot of crowds too. We came inaround 9.30 and waited for about 20 minutes to get a table for 3. Parking is no issue at all, it's part of a strip mall. Theyhave a small basic kids playground kind of setup at the back which I found super nice. They do give toys and crayons to kids tokeep them entertained. Read more

Food was OK. As advertised, the pancakes were good, but nothing else was memorable. Chips were stale and food was at a low... enough temp you could tell it has sat in the window for a while. The service was awful. There is no reason for unattentive waitstaff. Especially when the other staff members were very visible on the floor. Read more

Always a great experience at Kerbey Lane. It was about 40 minutes before closing so we felt bad about coming in so late but we... came straight from the airport after a long flight so we were hungry but ordered simple. My hamburger was awesome and my wife'sginger bread pancakes were great. Service was great and was very much appreciated. Thanks Kerbey Lane Cafe! Read more

We came here for breakfast on the 4th of July. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in our party and we were able to get a table without... waiting too long. They accommodated our friends stroller and brought a sling for us at the table. The service from the hostsand server were great. I ordered the Eggs Francisco and it was good but awkward to eat. I couldn't cut the English muffin, soI would have had to pick it up in my hand to eat and that would have made a mess, so I just left it. The bacon was also instrips, which was fine. It was cooked perfectly but I wish it had been incorporated into the eggs or at least be in more bitesized pieces, it just made it more difficult to eat. My husband ordered the French toast and he liked it pretty well. Ourfriends ordered the Lemon poppy seed French toast and the Kerbey Kickstart. Their French toast, they said, was like a muffinin the shape of bread, so it wasn't exactly what they were expecting but they still liked it. I thought it was weird the caféhad a breakfast dish that came with a salad but other than that side, it was a traditional breakfast dish. Our friends alsoordered queso with chorizo and they loved it. They had been to this restaurant in downtown Austin for dinner before and theyrecommend the queso. Read more

The food was out of this world good. We came in early and got a table fairly quick, but that was probably because we checked in... online ahead of time. Ellie was our waitress and was great. Did was served fresh and hot. Definitely a must-visit. Read more

To celebrate Easter Sunday, we visited Kerbey Lane Cafe in Round Rock for lunch. Since the location in Round Rock is always... busy, we tried the online waiting list feature and it was awesome since we got seated shortly after our arrival. I highlyrecommend taking advantage of the feature. On this visit I ordered David's Enchiladas plate and a side order of StrawberryBanana Walnut French Toast, they're delicious. The food and service have always been excellent and this time was not anexception. For any friends or families visiting from out of town, this is definitely a place to treat them. ?????? Read more

Great place to stop for breakfast. My children both enjoyed the massive chocolate chip pancakes as well as the hot chocolate.... The coffee was excellent, hot, and bottomless. Everything a mother of two young children could want. My mother-in-law had theseasonal beignet pancakes with espresso drizzle. Excellent! Would highly recommend. Will be back next time I'm in Austin. Love Kerby Lane - an Austin staple. Still has the best pancakes - my Beignet pancake was killer. This is a great location -... huge, friendly staff, clean, and the same great taste as the original! Lots more in the menu than I remember - fish and chips, burgers, etc. I?ve never tried anything other than the breakfast food - but some of the other things looked good too. Read more
