Showed up at 11:40 to get some hot and ready food. The door was locked , no food in warmers and no employees at all to be seen.... I guess no one showed up to open and work today. 2 other people showed and also were not able to get food. Disappointed. Read more

MY order was received with ingredients that I am allergic to. I paid extra to customize my pizza due the allergies. They were... not busy at all so not sure what happened. Reached out for resolution and never received a response. Trust the reviews and avoidthis location. Read more

The employees looked like they hate their job. The food was good, but the service was okay. They never put my pizza in the... portal, so by the time I picked it up after 45 mins, it wasn't hot. Read more

Trust the reviews... After wating 20 minutes on a week night for a "hot and ready" Fanceroni Pepperoni I got it home and saw it... was essential a regular pepperoni pizza with the old world pepperoni. There was very little cheese, so it didn't have the crispycheese on the edges of the crust and none of the random sized pieces were cut all the way, not even close, so I had to cutslices myself. The lobby was dirty, the trays on the counter that used to hold condiments were filthy. It was like a sauna inthere, I couldn't imagine being trapped int there for hours, which I'm sure doesn't help with the moral of the employees andcould explain all the issues I encountered. It seems like there's an issue with poor management. Next time I'll drive a coupleextra miles to go to another location. Read more

Ordered delivery for our dinner after a busy day and after school activities. Got text updates from DoorDash that our food was... around the corner. However, the ?track order? option wasn?t working. An hour later?no food. Tried to call the number given fordelivery problems and tried calling the store. ?All representatives are busy? for 45 minutes (gave up) and no answer at store.Left a voice message and email. No answers. Go to the store and no one is willing to help. Says have to go through customersupport line. Not worth arguing with a 16 year old that doesn?t give a CARE and not their fault anyway. I?ve been a manager forH?E?B 22 years and understand it?s hard to get and retain people that care. BUT, if the company doesn?t give a CARE, then theiremployees won?t give a CARE. There?s many other reviews here saying the exact same. It is absolutely INEXCUSABLE that a nationalfood chain does not CARE for the main pillars of that business. Service, quality, and food safety. I will not get the money backI paid for this dinner due to this company?s broken systems and ideals. My daughter LOVES Crazy Bread. Unfortunately, she willNEVER get another taste of Crazy Bread on my dime. I cannot support this crooked company and there are sooo many other betteroptions than Little Caesars. Read more

I?m at 2051 Gattis School Rd, Round Rock, TX 78664 Little Caesars pizza. The service gets 5 stars. Corporate gets ZERO stars for... allowing their employees to work in this SUPER HOT store!!!!! I would like for Corporate to fix the AC inside this store. It?s110° here in Texas!!!! This Little Caesars store has to be at least 120° 130° in there!!! That?s ridiculous for youremployees to be working in there in the severe heat!!!!! Read more

I wish I had read the reviews before hand. In regards to my experience, I can say for certain that it is unbearably hot in... there. I was about to step outside but my food was ready. The food wasn?t great, and I?m usually a fan of Little Caesar?s. Thedough felt undercooked. In regards to some reviews about gloves, from what I?ve read and from what I can remember with familythat worked in pizza, most often pizza places don?t wear gloves, since the temperatures the pizza cook at is so high it killsoff any bacteria. Not to make any excuses about hygiene because this place was dirty. However, not wearing gloves is kind of astandard practice in almost all pizza places from what I?ve found. I will probably not come back here regardless. Read more
