Is it too much to ask to have an English speaking cashier? I won't mention her name but she did not understand one word. I... ordered a cheese danish and coffee at around 10:00am on 9/20/22. She walked off and another employee had to help. I've been toMexico and other countries where the McDonald's, Burger Kings, and Little Caesars etc.. have cashiers that speak and understandEnglish enough to take an order. Read more
Simply the worst. No one speaks to you, they act irritated that you even came inside. The ice was all melted, when I finally got... enough ice for a drink, I took a sip and it was pure slime. Don't eat or drink here unless you want to get violently ill. Read more
I live right near this location, but it is consistently the slowest. I drive to I35 rather than wait here. The sign outside... says medium smoothie $1.99 but they ring up 2.99. I asked why and all they could say was I don't know. I'm not going to botherarguing with some poor kid making minimum wage. Read more
You?d think with franchising and massive corporate oversight that you could effectively run a chain with thousands of other... successful stores. I guess not though. This store has not recovered since Covid. Horrible ownership/management who clearly seethis as a cash cow and not a fast food restaurant. As a community why don?t we all just stop going here and put them out ofbusiness? I?m sure a new franchisee would love to use the space McDonald?s owns to operate a successful franchise that servesthe community! Read more
Ordered through the app to get it picked up curbside. Not busy at all and it still took 20+ minutes and no one else got their... food yet. One person went inside and an employee came out with what looked like my order but went to the person that was herebefore me. Then they went back inside and another 5 minutes goes by before that person got their food. Then the employee comeback out and gave me my food but it was half wrong and my soda?s ice was almost entirely melted and it tasted watered down. Theperson who got their food before me went back to get their order fixed but I didn?t see them for another 5 minutes. I wonder howmany orders this McDonald?s have gotten wrong just today. Read more
Five stars because the flurry machine was up and running and made me an amazing mcflurry!!! I had avoided the snack for 10 years... or so, because I used to not like the taste of Oreos and the M&M one (not offered anymore) would freeze the m&ms. Now that Ilike the Oreo taste, I thought I'd try a late night snack before they closed. It was amazing. 5/5 and I'm very happy they wereserving so many people so efficiently only 30 minutes before they closed. Read more
