POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: This was a terrible experience all around. My order was over $60 to include a ?convenience fee?. Somehow... my order for delivery was ?confused? for a pick up order despite tracking showing have been delivered at my address. I calledto clarify, but got nowhere with the clerk. I then traveled to the restaurant and asked for my order, the kid working behindthe counter acknowledged me being there, but didn?t think he should hand me my order that had been sitting on the rack for over45 minutes at this point. If I could rate my experience a ZERO I would have. I make it a point to support local businesses,but I?ll be taking my my hard-earned money elsewhere. Read more
We're visiting Austin for the weekend and wanted to try a local pizza place. Niki's didn't disappoint. Everything from the... marinara down to the crust tasted fresh and homemade. Pricing was great too for what we got, an XL Sausage & Pepperoni, a largeBarbecue Chicken pizza, and a side of cheesy garlic bread for a total of $35. Bought by the slice so they basically just warm up a piece from what they have in the window. Pizza was warm but the cheese... stayed pretty solid and grease just pooled on top. Wouldn't recommend by the slice. The rest of the food we saw coming out ofthe kitchen looked decent may give it another shot. Read more

Niki's Pizza is one of my favorite restaurants around here that provides an excellent choice of foods. They serve one of the... best Margherita pizza I've had, as well as the Philly cheese steak hot sub and recently I got addicted to their Baked Ziti withSausage which is excellent. Read more
