Our takeout experience was disappointing. The entrees had poor presentation, flavor, and substance. We ordered firecracker and... orange chicken which was 70% breading and the pieces of chicken that were found were much smaller than bite size. We alsoordered two Pad Thai entrees that had 80% noodles which five pieces of chicken on top and lacked the tofu, scrambled egg, beansprouts, and green onion garnish that Pei Wei used to serve. The service was ok but disorganized it took a long time to find the allergy menu. The staff knew very little about allergy... related issues with the food. The staff was still nice and the service was ok. The food was horrible. It tasted like it hadcome from the freezer section. Not at all what Pei Wei had been in the past. Despite the allergy menu and following what toorder. I still ended up having an allergic reaction. Luckily it wasn't bad since the food was inedible. We spent over $50 andcouldn't eat most of what we ordered. The lettuce for my wrap was white and bitter. The soup was flavorless. The orangechicken my daughter had was like candy too sweet to eat. My husband had a dish that was supposed to be spicy and instead tastedlike the inside of the fridge. We used to love Pei Wei, we won't be back. Read more
Ordered online, not the easiest. Wanted sweet & sour chicken not on the menu, called to inquire, was told "we can fix it for... you". Why not just have it on the menu? Picked up order and brought it home to discover way more onions than chicken. Don't knowwhat kind of chicken it was, strange texture. Probably our last visit. Read more
The generals chicken, and the egg rolls were delicious. Kai was friendly, attentive, and professional. All the staff I dealt... with were great. They kept the place clean even though some rude costumers were dropping their fortune cookies all over thefloor. I work only a few minutes away and I will definitely be coming back here on my lunch breaks. Read more
We have eaten at many different Pei Wei?s and this is not my favorite. The place has indoor and outdoor seating. The food... was?.not the best we have had. I usually order the Kung Pao shrimp but they were out of shrimp. Bummer. I ordered the entreewith chicken instead. It was ok. We also ordered Korean BBQ steak. It just was not that good. We were so sad because we love tovisit Pei Wei whenever we are in town. I would probably not return to this location. Read more
First time at this location and this chain in general and the customer service was standard, food came out awfully fast, it was... drenched in sauce, and tasted frozen. Portion size was very small as if they were rationing food. Horrible food for the $35 mywife and I spent. Won't be going back. Read more
They may be better in person but they completely dropped the ball on our delivery order. My order of sweet and sour chicken had... 7 pieces of pineapple (which will make sense in a moment). The chicken had parts that had a texture like sand or dried upcardboard and we're not edible. This was my partners sweet and sour chicken that we requested no bell peppers or onions on andpaid for extra pineapple. Apparently extra pineapple equals 4 pieces in the whole dish. They also messed up the kids order ofveggies on the side and decided in kid gets no veggies and the other had them mixed in instead of on the side. Both kids mealswere missing the drinks. Overall the food is 100% not worth the price. We won't ever eating here again and I highly suggestyou fine another option as your taste buds and wallet will thank you. Read more
I'm so sad to write an unfavorable review, but I must. I ordered in person in the restaurant for a to go order to take home 9... minutes away. $55 in food was nearly inedible. The spring rolls and rangoons were way overcooked and grease soaked. What's withthe incredible amount of breading fried up to look like chicken? The inside was awful. It was 6:45pm but the drink station wastaken down, no iced down drinks, no screens top use to order. I'm very sad. I used to really adore Pei Wei. Hate to see itstruggling. Read more
