Don?t order from this pizza hut, manager is rude and she does not know how to speak to customers. We have ordered from this... local pizza hut and dealt with her rudeness because we order almost weekly. Managers lose touch with customers due to onlineordering, I guess she will continue to be rude to customers if someone does not do something about it. My order was canceledand I was never informed or called. I had to call to find out that my dinner was never going to arrive. They have my info, myaddress, they have called before I believe my order was their last large order and since it was cash it was never even made. Sheadvised her driver left at 9pm. My order was set to deliver at 9:10pm. She never even gave me the option to pick up my order,so that?s why I know my order was never made. Read more
The manager at this store has been nothing but rude. Claims they came to our house to deliver and no one answered so she went... ahead and cancelled our order? when we called to check she said well I don?t have a driver anyway so if you want your order comepick it up. But on the whole conversation she was rude and pretty much with a if you don?t like it tough we don?t need you as acustomer tone. The order was wrong - a cheap all-cheese pizza instead of a specialty pizza, but that was just the beginning. When I tried to... call to report the problem the phone rang for a couple of minutes and then hung up on their end. So I tried the "Contact PizzaHut" option online - four times - but each time I tried to submit the information I was told "session timed out." Read more

I would first like to say that I didn?t want to write this review, but customer service gave me no choice because the problem... was never resolved. I gagged when I pulled this out of my mouth. It nearly cracked my tooth. I have no idea what it is. A seed!Maybe. But, it doesn?t crunch?it?s hard as a rock. I ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, black olives and peppers. What Igot was disgusting to say the least. Had pizza hut resolved my issue by giving me a refund, or at least apologizing, this reviewmay not exist. I owe it to other customers to read this. The manager told my husband that we were liars and that they don?t haveseeds in their pizza. Well, duh!! No one put this there! I?m sure it was an accident or something happened where this ended u inthe sauce (as it was covered by toppings), or something else. It happens all the time bc no restaurant is perfect. All they hadto do was issue a refund (I believe it was only around $26, and I would be on my way?definitely not eating a pizza hut pizza fora long time. Unfortunately they told us to call pizza hut corporate, and no one has gotten back to us after weeks. Ridiculous.Do not go near this place. First time ordering the new to Texas, Detroit Style Pizza from Pizza Hut and I am stoked. This pizza here... the closest I've... had that took me back to the D. Taste a lot like Buddy's Pizza but don't tell him I said so. Well done Pizza Hut, I willdefinitely be ordering it again. It is well sized and lovely priced. I would have given 5 stars BUT the pineapples were hard andunsweetened. I like tender, sweet, and juicy pineapples other than that all the other flavors were on point. Update: went backagain 3 days later????????????yum!! Sooo delicious! I do wish they add more bacon on the orders as it was barely noticeable. Ibelieve I only saw two crumbs. Read more
Unfortunately we just encountered the same issue with the store manager as others. Once we received our delivery, we had the... pizzas we ordered but not the salad we ordered and paid for. When I called to let them know it was not with our order themanager never apologized and instead gave us the options of either waiting almost an hour for it to be delivered, drive to pickit up ourself or take a credit. We would have been happy to just take a credit, however, the last time we ordered from the sameplace they forgot 3 items, said they would credit us, and yet the manager just told us that they don?t have record of any of it.Needless to say she was very rude, unprofessional, and fairly sure dishonest.
