Thin crust pizza was really dissapointing. tasted like cardbord with not much taste.

There is always an issue with delivery. A few months ago our order was never delivered and when I called I was told the Uber... Eats driver must have kept it. Decided to try again with delivery after a few months and our delivery made it an hour late ourfood was cold and our drink never delivered. When I called about I was offered a credit. No thank you. Skimpy toppings and poor service. Staff were standing around talking and drinking sodas even after seeing me waiting to pick up... my pizza. They even went so far as to duck out of sight rather than help the paying customer. Read more

Hands down the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. I had one slice and the rest went down the garbage disposal.

Treated so rudely on the phone by manager Kat. We are an elderly couple that has never complained and when I called once in 10... years that pizza delivered to wrong home by their fault I was accused of everything on the.book. I ordered for delivery over an hour ago. I got a message stating that the order was on its way through Door Dash. I then get a... message from the driver stating they are on the way to pickup the order. 20 mins later I get a message saying rhe order wasdelivered. It was not. I called the store and the guy states they do this a lot but to give it 10 mins and call back if ithasn't arrived (not helpful and dismissive). Waited 10 mins and called back again. This time a young lady answered the phone andsaid the same thing. After not accepting her first answer and explaining why I was upset, she offered a refund. I said yesplease and she immediately hung up in my face (unprofessional and dismissive again). DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. They aretotally unprofessional and Door Dash has taken my food/not delivered on two separate occasions. Stop using them also, Pizza Hut.I can't dispute with Door Dash because I didn't order through them and don't have an order number. Just avoid this locationaltogether. Read more

The $10 Dinner Box is supposed to include 5 bread sticks, 10 cinnamon sticks, 1 pizza, 1 marinara sauce, and icing for the... cinnamon sticks. My order was missing half the cinnamon sticks, and all the dipping sauces. Fortunately I realized this before Ileft and was able to get the missing items, but had to wait for the cinnamon sticks to be made. When I got home, I found outthey also didn't use the correct crust. The next time my family wants Pizza Hut, I'll be going to another location (or anotherfranchise altogether). Read more
