This particular food truck serves up absolutely amazing food! Our son Ben' recommended for us to give it a try. Right down the... road from our neighborhood in Round Rock. We had 2× original Hamburger's with extra Mustard and Jalapeños. And had cold AppleJuice instead of a soda. So darn refreshing!! Give it a try.. Not a fan. I?ve been a couple of times. They?re usually a little grouchy. Don?t care so much about that. The tortillas were... tough and hardened. Don?t serve that. It?s a tortilla. Toss it and get a fresh one. Geez! Beans should not be so dry they makeyou wildly thirsty. The refried beans were very very dry. Old and being used to the very last ounce regardless of time orflavor. Had the pastor too. I don?t like when they bring you hunks of grizzly fat and serve it. Not good in any way. I wanted tolike it but, no. I?ve tried it more than once and the results didn?t change. The Ambiance: This is a food trailer. So don?t expect white table cloths and candles. You just walk up to the trailer and order... your food. The Staff: Very nice lady took her order. The Food: Pretty darn good. I had a breakfast taco with egg and chorizo,and a breakfast sandwich. The taco was awesome and the sandwich was not. Great salsa! Pet Friendly: It?s outside, so pets arenot an issue. Accessibility: Plenty of parking. Easily accessed, but there is only one bench table. So it?s definitely bettersuited to grab your food and go. Unfortunately I don't have many nice things to say about this place except for the staff was very nice and the food did come out... piping hot. I ordered potato egg bean and cheese taco and the potatoes were not cooked thoroughly. They were hard and I couldnot eat them. I also ordered a chorizo egg and cheese taco and was given a bacon and egg taco and the bacon was chewy. Verydisappointing ????. Lastly, I got the green sauce which is supposed to be the hot ???????? sauce and it had basically zero heat.Sadly this was another disappointment. *Update: I opened the second green sauce that I was given and there was definitely someheat. ????????.
