It's been a long time since I've been to a Red Lobster restaurant but it requested for a birthday celebration so that was non... negotiable. The food here is nothing special but they offer a pretty good variety. However, it all comes at a fairly hefty pricefor a franchise joint. There are many unique 5 star restaurants that offer better quality for the same price or even less. But Ienjoyed my stuffed flounder topped with Lobster cream sauce nonetheless. The cheddar bay biscuits are a staple and alwaysdelicious. Our waitress (Chanel) was very efficient, friendly and attentive to our party of nine. Server was mediocre and food was ok. We were there late afternoon so it wasn’t that busy. I actually do like some of the food... and the menu and cheddar biscuits were soft and delicious! I’m usually full from it before our meal actually arrives. I wouldprobably be back in another year Read more

Arrived Sat. June 11, around 630pm, Brian, the manager, and Jess who was our server were absolutely great. They made our... experience amazing, and the service was top notch! I highly recommend Jess, he is very polite and professional! Drinks andappetizer came out fast, he always made sure our drinks stayed full. Our food came out quick, hot and without error. I’ve read multiple different reviews stating they weren’t treated properly, though this wasn’t our case. It’s worth to... start off by saying that we got treated extremely well, we were a group of teens, and got to have some laughs with thewaitresses that came around, overall my rating for customer service is a 5 out of 5 stars, surely this treatment could varyaccording to the waitresses at the time, but in my case it was amazing. The food in general was quite tasty, it wassurprisingly good, even though we all weren’t seafood fans, but this food still managed to get our positive feedback. Thepresentation of the food clearly depended on the plate you got, some plate’s presentation could perhaps have been better,though that didn’t reduce the quality of the food. Overall, this is a restaurant I wouldn’t hesitate on going back to, andI surely would suggest it to anyone who hasn’t been here yet. Read more
The ambience is good. The food was hot. However would have liked it more fresh and juicy. The fish was a little chewy. Cozy... place to have dinner. The waiters can be a little welcoming. When we were there , no was even asking us if we would like to beseated. Overall a good one time try! I would look for other seafood places. Read more
