They make their own tortillas. They literally grab them fresh out of the machines. They have a special on Tuesday that I... recommend. Their chips are really good and you get a large amount for takeout. We have tried chicken and pork. And the bigplatter for multiple people. Everything is good. There is a lot of food to be able to feed a big group. Prices are reasonableespy for the freshness. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable on their food. High recommend. Read more

it was my first and maybe only time i?ll ever be to this tortilla factory and i wish i could have given them a better rating,... but my personal experience here was subpar. i didn?t appreciate the fact that they allowed dogs inside the restaurant and im notsure if they were only allowed in the cashier area and then subsequently the outside eating area, but i dont like dogs and itsnot just about me, its unhygienic as well. they also got my meal wrong so i disliked that. it was food food and the other peoplethere enjoyed their time but this is my review and my opinion lol, and unfortunately it just didnt hit the mark well. otherwiseit was a beautiful space in a beautiful place, and i have some pictures to show. im not from roundrock texas im from houston soits just not another time im going to get the chance to give them a second chance, yunno? Their breakfast was very delicious and flavorful. My family loved the breakfast tacos with the fresh condiments on the salsa... bar. Very unique and different concept we were lucky we were staying by the Kalahari resort. Read more

Basically an upscale Taco Bell with sit down prices. I wanted to treat the family to a nice lunch so we thought we would try... out Rosa's since we'd never been there before and it looked nice on the outside. When we entered we quickly realized this ismore like a fast food restaurant than what we expected. Our experience: We entered the restaurant and stood in line to orderwhile feeling rushed as we tried to figure out what we wanted before it was our turn. The menu is pretty generic so findingsomething that sounds good was actually a challenge for everyone, and we ended up going with safe bets, burrito for me, taco'sfor my wife, and nachos for the kids. I asked for beef fajita instead of ground beef on the burrito and the manager taking myorder seemed confused, but eventually added it in which increased the price of the burrito by four dollars (this would normallybe one or two dollars anywhere else). In total this meal cost us nearly forty dollars. But hey, maybe it will be worth themoney? When we went to sit down and wait for our food we found trouble finding a table that wasn't covered in left over food, but finally found a place. Unfortunately they also don't bring the food out to you so you either have to wait at the front ofthe house for the food or you risk not hearing them call out your number. When we got our food I about blew my top. The nachoslooked like something my twenty year old son made in his microwave, the tacos were sloppily assembled, and my burrito was a joke(see image). For a nearly twelve dollar burrito I was given a plate 1/3 full of iceberg lettuce, 1/3 boxed/bagged rice andrefried beans, and 1/3 (if that) of a burrito. The only thing that appeared to be fresh were the tortillas which I ate after Ifinished eating my burrito as the portions were so small that I had to supplement my meal. Who would this place be for? Someonewho wants to get some Mexican better than Taco Bell (but not that much better) and wants it fast, and does Read more

This place is the wannabe Taco Cabana. Pork tamales are actually ground beef and rolled in wax paper rather than the traditional... way. They stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 am on a Saturday morning so I asked to have the enchilada plate made with beeffajita instead of the ground beef and they said it could not be done. The tacos and tamales are poorly presented and servedrolled in aluminum foil so we had to guess what was inside each roll. The ?chicken fajita? is hard on the edges and more thanlikely from yesterday. Never gain. Read more
