Seriously bruh? I was really looking forward to this smoothie. You know when you get that hankering for something healthy and... refreshing? Yes? No? Anyway, I ordered it on the app for pickup. When my eyes fell upon the healthy beverage I was craving, thewhole almonds were clearly visible on top. The smoothie maker had to have seen how chunky the consistency was. The shop wasempty, so, no excuses about it being busy, even if it was, I expect my smoothie to be....smooth. As you can see, I did attemptto drink it, but after getting a straw full of almonds after every attempt and literally having to chew after every chunky swig,I said enough was enough. This is unacceptable. This is not how this was supposed to be. I would have ran it through a blendermyself to smooth it out, but, alas, I am blender-less. So, here I am; without a smoothie and $7 poorer. *sad trumpet* I gave twostars because my ?smoothie? was ready before the pickup time requested. This was my our first time visiting Smoothie King since moving to Texas. I got my norm, Slim N Trim Vanilla, and my husband got... his norm, MangoFest. It was delicious. No complaints on the quality of the smoothies. The wait wasn't excessive. The staff wasfriendly. The environment was neat and clean. Overall awesome experience and I will definitely return. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wanted to get a drink that was a sweet treat but not too caloric. The cashier helped... walk me through the menu and select the best option. At the staff member?s suggestion, I ordered the peach slice plus. Therestaurant was also really clean and had a nice lay out. Read more
Just had a nice 20ounce smoothie immediately after working out. The staff was friendly and I got protein along with blueberries... and bananas. The staff was friendly except they were having a machine issue and couldnt get make change, so I was only able tomake a credit card purchase. However the smoothie was healthy and made in under 5minutes, so overall except for the cashierissue, it was a nice experience and I look forward to going back soon after I get done working out on the way from the gym. Placed order - requested nsa strawberries, but caught her adding. She wasn't pleased she had to dump. Then I watched and never... saw her add the bananas. I waited to taste but saw color was off and definitely didn't taste any - she insisted she added. Thisis now the third issue I have had at this location. They still owe me money from promo that didn't ring correctly some time ago.Every time I called about it they said mgr just stepped out or was off. Do NOT recommend this location! Read more
