I ordered a large chili cheese tots at 6:15pm. As I am writing this review, it?s 6:42pm. The order is still not ready. I... specifically asked the person about the waiting time as we are in rush. She said 5 mins waiting max. For sonic the 5 minsdefinition needs to be changed lol. I could have made this faster then the sonic. Anyways not coming here anymore. If you are inrush, don?t come here. Sitting here for already 35 minutes. The lady said 5 minutes waiting time. She took the order 15 minutes later and 20 minutes... later, food is still in the kitchen. Here I am, hungry as hell :( . Please don?t come here unless you want to waste yourprecious time. Read more

NEVER COME TO THIS SONIC. Placed an order at 6:07 and came to pick it up at 6:15. it is 7:35 and i just now got my order. it?s... literally 2 shakes and that?s it. i pressed the red button at 6:30 and asked about my order. ?we?ll have it out shortly?. okay,then another 15 minutes i press again. same answer. then some girl comes out (not even wearing a sonic uniform) and asks whatthe name for my order is and i tell her and then she walks back in. then another girl comes out and does the same thing. thenwhen we finally get our order the guy doesn?t even apologize. also while i was waiting i witnessed another employee go to histruck for a while and then come out acting weird and wiping his nose. not saying he sniffed coke but he was acting way differentafter that. and i mean if you wanna do that i?m not gonna stop you but like at least give me my shake first. I think I?m done with Sonic. I work as a delivery driver and was super thirsty. I logged in to the barley functioning Sonic app,... the app said if I clicked ?ASAP? it would be ready in 6-10 minutes, which was exactly how much time i had. If it was a fewminutes behind it would be ok bc I basically had a few minutes of wiggle room to get from sonic to where i was delivering. Ishowed up at Sonic exactly 6 minutes later, checked in on the app, waited for 10 minutes and then had to leave because I had runout of time. I was hungry and thirsty but i guess asap doesn?t actually mean asap. I literally watched people go through thedrive through and get their food without getting mine. Don?t think I?ll be returning after an experience like this. Never got myfood and never got a refund after contacting the app. Read more

Only come here if you want to waste your time and your money. It didn't look like they were busy at all when we pulled in but... we had to wait a while for our order to be taken, and then it took 30 more minutes for our order to come out, which onlyconsisted of 2 slushes and a medium fry. When our order finally was brough out, the fries were stale and barely even lukewarm,and our drinks were considerably melted. Also the car hop's tray was completely unstocked - no ketchup, mints, napkins, etc. andshe only brought out one straw with the drinks. Going off of all the reviews here, it's evident that what we experienced is nota rare occurrence at this location. The quality of this Sonic is seriously lacking in both food and customer service. Ticket #480, We arrived around 9:50pm at #1 station, and placed the order in the app at 10pm. We then checked in. We only... ordered 2 drinks and Ice cream. Around 10:10pm, they turned off all the lights even though the app said they closes at 11:00.That is fine, other cars were there. Around 11:15, we got the message on the order station that "Izzy is bringing out ourorder". We were 1 of 3 cars out there. 10 mins later, we were still waiting. I pressed the talk button, and was told that theywere closed. I responded that I have not received my order. "They will check on it" he said, but I could see that they werecleaning and dancing. 10 mins later we were the last car, and I could see that they noticed my big blue truck, in the dark at#1 station, but no one asked to help us. What happened to the customer service? Now I was angry. So I got out and knock on thedoor. No one answered. But I could see them counting money and cleaning. I knocked on window more stern, then a slender AfricanAmerican girl opened the door to say that they are closed. I explained my situation, then the manager came out to say they areclosed! I explained my situation for 3rd time! I was told to lower voice. I didn't, so got kicked off property with no order.As I was leaving, I noticed her smiling and laughing to her co-workers. I usually keep negative comments to my self and only post good reviews, but this was horrible. The mozzarella sticks and tater... tots were cold and tasted stale if that makes any sense. The marinara couldn't even save them. The crispy chicken sandwich onlyhad lettuce, as requested, except the lettuce was bad and brown. The bun was squished as thin as a pancake. The chicken pattywas so cold and old that I took a single bite and couldn't chew it. It also was so small it didn't even fit the bun. The onlydecent thing was the sweet tea I got. Read more
