Omg. I went to a different location in Austin and ordered my reg blonde white mochas. They tasted awful. Not sweet and tasted... burnt. Gross. Gabi remade them for me at this location and they are PERFECT!!! Major kudos! Read more

Not big on coffee but their wifi internet was a big help on my trip. I needed to submit an episode to the network and I heard... Starbucks had decent wifi. I grabbed a Vanilla Frappuccino (Vanilla Shake ????), connected to the internet and uploaded thefile. Took about an hour to upload a 6g video file but hey, it got submitted! Read more
They pick their own times to close. Online it says 9:00pm but if you go at 8:20pm they will say they are closed. I usually get... coffee from here Saturday night around 8:30 as I work overnight that day but tonight they said they closed at 8:30. One day it?s9:00 one day it?s 8:00 one day it?s 8:30. Every time I've been in here, everyone has been super friendly and kind. Today someone went above and beyond. I was trying a new... drink compared to my usual, but after taking a few sips I realized it was too sweet for my liking (which is not their fault,just personal preference). I didn't say anything, but the staff noticed I wasn't drinking it and asked me if I wanted a newdrink. Since coffee is a big pick-me-up for me in the day, the gesture was sweet and appreciated. It took them half an hour to prepare our order of two cups of coffee. There is almost nobody in the line and there were only 1... or 2 people before us. I finally got my cappuccino and guess what, almost half the cup is empty. Read more
They are inconsistent with beverage quality. They always either forget to add or just get lazy to add whip or respective topping... to drinks. Please emphasis on making drinks the correct way, and if you notice a flaw, dont hand it out anyways. People pay highprices for this stuff, so its important to attempt to get it right. Read more
