There were about 5 people ahead of me when I placed my order. I had a drink and a sandwich and pumpkin scone. Literally waited... almost 20 min watching people come in and order and get their drinks no problem. Even some ordered at the register and still outbefore me. Definitely the first time I've ever asked for a refund at restaurant. Won't be back to see if the drink was worth the20 min of life I lost today. Read more

This used to be my go-to Starbucks in RR but the customer service has steadily declined over the past year and they are severely... understaffed. I recommend not ordering any mobile orders here because they will not be able to get them out in a timely manner.Efficiency is key and they need to strictly go off of FIFO (first in, first out) for mobile and in-store orders instead ofletting customers dictate whose order should go next. Starbucks has good coffee and the prepared snacks are fine. Only issue is the Round Rock location was infest with flies as of... Aug 2022. Flies in the food case, on the counters, buzz along the windows.. far fewer flies outside. Maybe flies have theirown version of Google reviews, showing a flystar rating. Read more
This store has the nicest people! They were so helpful when my daughter and I came in. They helped me with talking to my toddler... and even helped me get her into the car with my hands full. These are some amazing people!! Coffee ain't that bad either ;) Read more
