I screwed up my order pretty badly and caught my own mistake before it ruined my drink. I apologized and asked if I could pay to... fix it and the barista waved it off, said it was fine, and made another fix that I overlooked in my exhausted stupor. That isgreat customer service! I would have ended up nauseous and gross if I hadn't caught my own mistake, and the fact that the stafffixed something I messed up with grace and understanding is just awesome.
