This location sucks. A Customer shouldn?t have to talk to the kitchen staff to try to get help. My entire order was made... incorrectly except for the drink, because that?s the only power I had over my food. Try sitting in their drive-through. Theywill tell you they?re closed when the hours on Google say they are not. They will turn off the lights even before they?re closedbecause they just don?t wanna serve anybody anymore. This has been my Taco Bell for six years. And all six years I?ve alwaysavoided this place. Today I thought it would be different. Waste of money. Read more
Wish I could give a negative star!! I have gave this location numerous tries being that it is the closest to me. The worst taco... bell I have ever experienced. Slowest drive through and inside counter help. They have a less then 50% chance of getting yourdrive through orders correct even after you wait over 30 minutes in the drive through at night. I?m just wondering why this location is always close at the inside? People who decide to go to fast food places like this really... need to start demanding better customer service And care. They could at least give some type of courtesy to the customers whowant to give their business to places like Taco Bell and at least have a sign up On the door letting them know that they aren?tgoing to be open at the inside because they don?t feel like it. I have way too many opinions on Taco Bells. I am high key addicted. Let's be real though, not all TBells are the same. This one... has amazing service. My husband and I tend to order with quite a few substitutions and they always get our orders right. Thestaff is super friendly and the food is typically quite fresh.
