Ordered pot stickers for delivery- and they tasted fine, and I feel like I got a good amount of food which is great. The... problem, however, was the fragile paper sack my food was directly wrapped in. I'm not a fan of opening a plastic bag to find theinside of it coated in sauce and then having to sit at my desk trying to peel paper wrapper off of my food with my fingers likea dang child for 10 minutes. Please invest in some better delivery packaging! It absolutely ruins the experience when you don't. Read more

Kudos for integrity and tastiness! This review was originally going to go a different way, but the manager and staff made it... right, so I want to acknowledge their great attitude. Basically, I ordered the Spicy Teriyaki Bowl (delicious, by the way), anddid not receive what I ordered when I picked it up. Of course, I only found this out when I got home. I called them up,explained what happened and they acknowledged their accidental mix up and let me return (after they had closed!) to give me mycorrect order. The only reason this isn't five stars is for the two trips I had to make, but I do give the manager 5 stars forintegrity and having a great attitude in wanting to correct the error. I will order from here again. Read more

Ordered a couple of chicken breast teryaki bowls with noodles. Ordered online and had it delivered to my hotel room. It was very... good and fresh! The teriyaki sauce is pretty good! I like that you can order it without the veggies! I'm use to always pickingthrough it. Pictured is my wifes bowl with veggies. Read more

The food was bland even though it was spicy chicken that we had ordered. The restaurant is small and cozy. The service was fast.... The chicken was a little dry and not juicy. Overall, can try once. Read more

Had a great experience here this evening - despite it being almost closing time and being made aware that the kitchen was... slammed, i still felt welcomed and encouraged to order. The name of the friendly and respectful employee on my receipt is listedas Sylvester, so i hope that's right, bc he was a gem. I understand that everybody is ready to head out at closing time but hedid not make anyone feel that way at all, even letting someone (who had just left) back in to use the restroom. The food wasalso hot and fresh. All around pleasant experience! Read more

Food was terrible non of the meat was cut up. Burnt grill flakes in the food. My wife and I had to throw out our bowls. First... and last time we will eat there. There meals are end up being mostly noodles and/ or rice. If you add the veggies. They are slimpickings as well as the meat. For a fairly new restaurant. Great idea but very poorly executed. 2021-10-14 I expected it to be pretty good, and it was better. The order taker was obviously new. But had assistance near, and... both were friendly and helpful The potstickers were great! Chewy, yes but with that browned skin! The chicken teriyaki bowlhad lots of rich tasting meat, plenty of fried rice, and a NICE amount of cooked-but-not-overcooked veggies! My dinner partnerhad the orange chicken and loved it. It?s still fast food, but it?s terrific. The store frontage is just this narrow bittucked into an inside corner, so it seems a bit like Diagon Alley. But when you see the signs for T-Mad overhead have faith andwalk toward that corner underneath them?.it?s there. Read more
