Every year at Thanksgiving I order ahead or go inside and pick out items that I need to complete my Thanksgiving dinner. The... food is always good and the staff is also very helpful. The one slight I'll mention is the website is not intuitive and can bedifficult to navigate. You can cannot order sides online...go figure? Read more

Pre-ordered a ham for Thanksgiving and from the time I left my car to the time I walked back into it only took 5 minutes. I was... greeted by a very warm and upbeat gentleman who welcomed me to the HoneyBaked Ham store. And I waited about 3 minutes fom myprepaid ham. Every person working I encountered was absolutely wonderful and kind. I did hear some customers who werecomplaining about the wait and I just wanted to say thank you guys for all you do the day before a major holiday and I hopeeveryone treated your staff appropriately because they were all wonderful. Nice and clean restaurant. Somewhere between a fast food feel and a local diner feel. I know sandwich construction doesn't seem... all that impressive to people but my fellow ranch lovers will probably be pleased to hear that when I ordered my turkey baconranch sandwich I didn't have to ask for extra ranch-- it was perfect! Never knew they served fresh sandwiches until a friend brought us here. It was wonderful! Clean, friendly staff, and great... carver fresh sandwiches.
