I ate there 10/25/22 in the evening with a friend. The next morning I woke up having to vomit. Everything from the restaurant... came back up. And shortly after that diarrhea started. I’ve been sick for the past going on 3 days now with bad stomach crampsand discomfort on top of everything else. I don’t know if someone that handled my food didn’t wash their hands properly, orif the soda machine has bacteria in it. I ordered a Dr Pepper and it tasted really funny so she brought me a bottle of Dr Pepperwith a cup of ice. I have been so sick. I seriously doubt I will ever eat at Tokyo again. Read more

Our server whose name rhymes with Benji was great, and our Teppanyaki chef was also on point. For them, they get a 4.75 star... rating. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I was however disappointed with thesauces...they were super watery..it looked more like a soup than a sauce. Seriously. However at the very end I noticed theyseemed to be thickening some so I'm guessing there is corn starch or other thickening agent that took time to set and they justserved them too soon. Hopefull they aren't trying to save $ per each guest but if it is, stop it lol. It reminded me of mygrandma who always watered down every condiment...gross. Better than shogun in Pflugerville IMO. Roach running across plate going behind the sushi bar. Comped our food but still made us pay for drinks. Manager wouldn’t even... talk to us they kept sending the poor server who was fairly new to her job. To the server thank you for your help. To themanager, that’s garbage. Granddaughters 11th birthday. Ordered appetizers, hibachi, sushi, wine and dessert in addition to the free birthday ice cream.... Bill was $187which included gratuity. Best item was the fried rice…nice service from waitress and hibachi chef, but the foodis just mediocre (not flavorful) and we believe seasoned only with salt and pepper. As we were preparing to leave we smelled thewonderful aroma of garlic at another hibachi stand and wondered if the garlic was forgotten at ours. Will not visit again. Read more

As you can see in the picture. The restaurant has an unsatisfactory review from the health department. That already is a red... flag. We ate the hibachi lunch and it was awful. The food was so salty and so buttery that it was almost inedible. We both leftso much of our food behind because it was too salty and greasy. I would stay far away from this place. Not to mention howexpensive our meal was too. I don't recommend this place at all. Read more
