I give it 3 stars jus because the young lady service was excellent and the food. i could have give them more stars. but when it... was time to pay, this man ruined all the good service that I had before. since I bought a combo stromboli plus a large salad andhe refused to give me more parmesan cheese :0 and his answer was, because I had only one order. and that it cost them money tobuy those litte packages of cheese really?. If we as clients are spending money, the duty of each company is to give anexcellent service. By the way, I spent more than $25 dollars, the least I could receive was better service from this man who wasat the register. thanks again to the lady for your good service. but they should teach this man better service when it comes topleasing his customers. Rezwana was very Rude, when I ask for an explanation because she ring up the thing wrong but no worries it's the same price ... ,And no wonder they are the bad since the owner it's like them ,and by the way she call me Mexican, and I never told her that Iwas from Mexico .and yes I spect a good customer service. Thank you young lady for the service and the food you'll serve in this restaurant. Sometimes I see comments that people makes on... the reviews, and I respect that, but what I only read is that they write only to discredit the people who attend a business.sometime we have to understand that there some rules that they have to follows and please we have to understand that nothing inthis world is free and we must be more aware when writing a bad comment about someone just because you do not want or eventrying to spend money. I wich most people can read my comment and at the same time how some people write badly about someone ora restaurant, also write how good those people can be, don't be cheap spending money on your foods. thanks again for the foodand excellent service you offer here. Andrea was terribly rude and unhelpful!! Could not accomodate us when we asked for ONE small noodle to sample for my 3-year old,... before paying $13+tax for the meal! Also unwilling to provide piece of pizza with no bubbles for my 5-year old even though therewere some slices with bubbles and some without. Every parent understands that children can be picky! We had no choice but to eatnext door. A word to the wise save yourself the hassle and eat elsewhere! Read more

DO NOT eat here!!! They should have a ZERO rating!! Worst customer service ever. 1) she was on her cell phone for awhile when I... got there and would talk to me while talking on the phone. 2) There was NO ONE in line, so I started in the front (I didn't knowI just walked up) she said "you start here the line is here" and pointed at the sign and was rude about it. I didn't realize itwas a big deal since I was the only one there. 3) while I was ordering she was getting irritated because I said I wanted "thespaghetti and meatballs with the sides" instead if calling it "the triple" because they had it by itself too (WHO CARES! Thiswas my first time here!) 3). I went back to ask for napkins and a different lady from the front asked "did you get your foodhere" (WTH?! It's napkins!) I told her "yes" so she had to confirm with the lady who's back on her phone. And she gives me TWOnapkins!! (REALLY?! There's 4 of us, 3 are little kuds and were eating spaghetti and pizza and yall are so stingy about givingnapkins?!) Never again giving my money to people who don't want to be at their job.
