Ordered the new pretzel pub burger meal because it sounded great. I should know by now not to get my expectations up at a fast... food place, but I assumed since the meal cost about as much as going to a restaurant it would at least have the ingredients onit they advertised. I opened the burger and there are zero fried pickles on this burger. Just plain regular pickles. In fact itdidn't even taste like anything special, just a basic bacon cheeseburger with pickles. The place was clean staff was very helpful, quick service specially during a time of staffing crises everywhere. We walked in... initially planning to sit outside but decided to stay in. I had not asked for any accommodations but the staff taking my orderasked me at the end if I wanted the music turned down...I was extremely touched because no one usually bothers to helpaccommodate my son. Most of the time we get all kinds of stares since he walks and paces obviously displaying neurodiversity.Marisol's simple gesture made my heart melt and I couldn't help but pray that she be blessed all the time and hope she remainshappy and healthy. The cleaning of this establishment needs improvement. Never should the greasy mop from the kitchen be used to mop the dining... area. Doing so creates a hazard for elderly and others. When customers can moonwalk with ease in the dining area you have atraining issue. Read more
Not customer friendly. I was in drive through and staff handed a bag to the car in front of me which they returned to the... window. Staff put the bag down on the counter in clear view, gave her the right food and proceeded to hand me the bag of foodoriginally given to the women in front of me. I asked if it was the same food that the car in front t of me returned and I wastold no. However the burger in the bag had been unwrapped and was loose in the bag. That is disgusting and a health violation. I should have reported it to FDA. Your good is good but the workers are not, especially the females who are in the phone whileservicing customers at the same time. And I?m spending my money ! Honey chicken was not up to the expectations. But otherwise everything was good.
I made a simple order and when I got home, they missed a burger, and the frosty was the wrong flavor. I recommend that this... restaurant puts someone to verify the orders before they are given our in the drive through. Always check your order from nowon. Read more
Drive thru was fast but they gave no receipt. This is not properly made nor fresh as you can tell. A half of a piece of bacon.... What's that? Burnt, old and unedited, not to mention the chili was cold. Also stated in another review the chili meat wasdefinitely a poorly chopped patty with no beans, extreme amount of onions and tomatoes. Nasty, nasty, and nasty? Restaurant nasty, food nasty; flies&gnats, bathroom disgusting and customer service even stinks. My... family and I are not from around here and we just wanted some quick to eat. We asked for natural strawberry lemonade and ittasted exactly like water no lemonade or flavoring. The manager didn?t even care, all the soda flavoring were out on themachine.. I use to work at Wendy?s for 3 years and the store I work at would never!! This establishment need to be shut down.The food cold and old and all they did was stare when we complained? just nasty! Read more
