Staff greeted us quickly and seated us quickly. Sadly the table we were taken to was already made dirty for us in advance by the... previous guests. However, the waiter did clean it promptly. Upon ordering came to find out the only thing I wanted on the menu"the old bay shrimp basket" is not available. Apparently they don't expect to have shrimp for a while. Furthermore, my wife'swings were flavorless even though they were allegedly prepared in mild buffalo sauce. They had zero flavor and required anadditional more flavorful sauce to be requested to supplement the original order. The salad and kids meals ordered were on par,No complaints there. My final complaint is the temperature is set to 81° which is too warm to enjoy the indoors. It's currently93° in round rock at the time of this review. However, although cooler than outside. Food was good, but ordered at 11:53 and food came out at 1:19 It?s not like they were busy, either. There was 1 other table of 2... and 1 man at the bar. Absolutely ridiculous. She 100% ruined my experience. It started off with her telling me she did not writethe special so she couldn?t help me with what they meant. Then, a friend asked what flavor of seltzers they had and sheresponded with ?do you have a flavor you like because I don?t want to walk back and forth ?. I order a bottled beer with a glasswith salt in the rim and she brought me a bottled beer with salt. Originally went to a different wing place and was told 1.5 hour wait. Drove over here and was seated as soon as we walked in. ... Looked like there was only 2 people working, but they were able to handle the few customers. We got our drinks right away andthe wings hot as soon as they were ready which was pretty fast. First time eating here in many years and overall it was very good. The service was prompt on a Sunday afternoon. The wings were... delicious and prepared as ordered as were the fries and side salad. Our waitress kindly kept our drinks topped off and evenbrought us additional blue cheese for the wings. The only reason for four stars was that we witnessed another employee wipe aclean plate with his shirt before he delivered it to another table. Read more
This was my first time eating there. I ordered food over the phone and when I came to pick it up no one greeted me, not even a... hello.. so I would say customer service sucks. I ordered steamed broccoli and salad which the salad was wilted and the broccolihad a very bad smell.. I also ordered the traditional buffalo wings and the sweet habanero wings..
