Bad customer service. My family and I came from San Antonio spent about $60. I ordered a Zaxby's club I bit into it and realized... it was missing cheese and bacon. I took it back along with the receipt. The cashier took it and handed it to the woman cook, herresponse was she could not take it back she put some bacon and a slice of cheese in another container. I'm like wow, the cashiersaid I'm sorry, I'm like couldn't be. That was no way to treat a customer that has paid for a service. Very disappointed!! Read more

Took 30 min to order, the chicken wings are very small, they don?t look like what?s advertised. The 5 piece wing combo looks... like a kids meal and your paying almost 10 dollars for it !!! This is what a $15 meal looks like. I asked if they could change the fries for fried pickles, even at an extra charge and they... said no, that I had to pay full price for the pickles and get the fries with the meal, which is fine; but this is what $5 friedpickles looked like. Be careful when dining here! One of their employees smashed my truck light for no reason! A damaged that I am now liable to pay... for, never thought a $28 meal would turn out to be more than $350 in repairs. Never coming back to this ghetto location everagain.
