Honestly I would probably say this was the worst tasting burger I?ve ever had in my life. I don?t know how else to describe it... except to say that the meat was not good. Also, the soda machine wasn?t working well ? there was no carbonation coming out atall, so it was essentially just syrupy water coming out. For the price, I wish it would have been at least half as good asMcDonald?s, but it didn?t come close. I wish I would have saved my money and paid the faithful Golden Arches a visit instead. A great little burger place, rustic and country without being so rustic it looks like it'll fall to pieces. I can't tell you for... sure how their burger compares to others, but if you're driving through and hungry this is absolutely a great place to stop.Clean, friendly, cheap and tasty. Read more
The burger had a decent flavor, the tater tots were pretty good, and the salad was fresh. The men?s restroom was very dirty and... low in toilet paper, and the women?s room was clean but also low in toilet paper. We were 2 of 4 customers in the restaurantaround noon. I?m not sure if it?s worth the price, as we spent $37 (with tip) on 2 burgers and one small side we were told was a?shareable? size ($4). The food came out quickly, and all of the condiments were stocked. I hope that the servers share tipswith the kitchen. Read more
Very expensive per person, $11 Hamburger that is mid-sized. I thought that we would order fries and split, surprised at small... cardboard container with a small portion. All the flavors were good, but it's a pricey value. Hamburger was best eatenopen-faced because the bun dwarfed the meat. Over $70 (With tip) for three hungry men. Probably $45 too much. Popi bacon cheeseburger..YUMMO, FRIES VERY GOOD. Chicken salad served on a huge piece of homemade bread. They have a ding dong... cake that a woman drove here just for it. Pic below. Downsides, can be long line, ran out of tea (busiest time of the day, Godbless them) $4 for a bag of lays OR for the same $4 amazing fries or onion rings?? SKip the overpriced chips. I've been here maybe 5-6 times not including today. And let me tell you. These burgers are great !! They recently stopped doing... the burger special which is sad . You could get the popi burger with fries and drink for around $9. Now it's a $9 burger , $3fries , and a $3 drink . So my meal increases to about $16 with tax . Sooo yea it's way more expensive now, but it won't stopme from eating here! Read more
Nice atmosphere, food was good; but should have been better for more than 30 bucks for two burger meals. Warning - they cook... their akaushi beef rare. A cold pink center and no flavor on the outside did not make for a delicious burger. If I had known, Icould have asked them to cook it medium, but I saw no sign. Read more
They?re known for their burgers, but I was a bigger fan of the fries. Cutest little area. If weather permits. Nice outdoor... area to sit and eat. Don?t forget your free ice cream before you leave. Read more
