Stopped in on Saturday November 6th and had a burger, poutine and a drink. Was the best poutine I have ever had in my life.... Staff was nice and friendly. Hope to return to Rouyn Noranda one day to enjoy Chez Morasse again. Thanks! Read more
Awful service. Took two and a half hours to get food because they gave our food to the wrong people. Then we reorder our meal... and got BBQ Pulled Pork Poutine but there was no pulled pork or no BBQ sauce, it was just a regular cold poutine with soggyfries. 0 Read more

The lady at the Tourist Office told me this place was famous all the way to Montreal, so my expectations were high. Well, it was... okay... There is a great selection of interesting toppings for poutine, but the base dish could be improved. The curds were notdaily fresh, so they were not squeaky, as you would expect them to be in a good poutine. The interior is quite bland too.Overall, it's a good deal for the money, but not something to rave about. Read more
I used the delivery option for quite a few times now while i stayed at Quality Inn, service was quick, polite, food was warm(not... boiling hot but this is delivery let's not forget) on arrival and good taste. They do take credit cards over deliveries so ireally cannot understand why it does show as a cash-only place...? Anyhow, food is good and generous, price is ok. Will orderagain! Read more
This restaurant has a big reputation and for some people it offers the best poutine, it's a classic and it's been open since the... 60's. So I gave it a try many years ago and once in a while I am passing by, sometimes I stop by Here are my cons andpros. Pros: 1.Many different kinds of poutine!! Amazing combinations. 2.Other option of fast food available ( pizzas, hot dogs,hamburgers ) 3.Staff is always polite 4. Affordable place ( by no means that means they are cheap ) Cons: 1. Bathrooms alwaysdirty for some reason. 2.The sauce and the cheese in my poutine they are never really hot and the cheese is not even melting atall, every time as well. In two occasions I almost ask if they could put my meal in the microwave. 3.They only take cash, notdebit or credit. So if you wanted to pay with your bitcoin forget it ???? Read more
