Rooms are nice. Good location near Tremoy parc. Free breakfast if you join Choice Privilege (give your member number to the... hotel. Name of Choice Privilege has to be the same as name used for reservation). Also, room cleaning and making bed only every3 days. You can request fresh towels every day at the front desk. So if you are there for 4 days, they will clean your room onthe 3rd day. Read more

The hotel was nicely updated and modern. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience.

My family booked there conference room as a wedding space. Hands down the worst experience that I have already in life. Service... staff was terrible and didnt accommodate anyone's needs. Needless to say we had to beg for water and coffee as it wascomplementary and included with the meal. They are not about customer service they are more occupied with money making. Terrible. Great location to restaurants and shopping and walking trail around the lake. Bedding and room was very nicely decorated and... clean. I liked the availability of ice in the hallway and a vending machine for snacks. The Spa just below the Hotel waswonderful too. Read more
