More often than not my caramel latte is just a latte. No caramel or just a hint. Even after explaining this to them my latte is... still not made correctly. They asked if we wanted an extra pump of syrup??? Shouldn't a caramel latte at least taste like one?Why should I have to pay for an extra pump when I'm already paying for a caramel latte. Read more
It is McDonalds, but because of COVID, more than half of the tables cannot be used, so you might have to eat in your car. Minus... stars for that. Read more
missing my 2 waters i ordered ????. I was distracted by them not being able to print me a reciept. guy in front of me gave his... coffee back as it was not right. took 90 seconds for them to make another. So far orders have always been complete and the service has been fast and courteous. Making substitutions on orders is a breeze.... Will continue going to this location. Read more
The person working the cash seemed to have little knowledge of the menu and had enormous trouble understanding us in either... French or English and the person ordering for us was a francophone adult who was born and raised in Rouyn. The cashier asked herif she was from the United States. Part of the order was two double cheeseburgers and we ended up with a single burger withfour patties and four cheese slices. (Sorry I didn't take a picture) Our drinks were forgotten and we had to remind them of whatwe ordered. Finally all the soda dispensers were out of Coke Zero.
