The 1st time dine in experience at this chain store. The service was quick and the food was great if you are used to Asian... cusine. I went for number 10 and it was just great. The soup base was simple with tastes of spices. The portion was great andeach order was prepared individually on a hot pot. If u have kids with u, you need to watch young kids near the hot pots. I?ve been going to Boiling Point for over five years now and they have changed their menu a little bit since the original days,... but still I love the variety of soups and the spice levels and the free tea during lunch hours!! Black tea for the win. Makesure that when you get there you sign in in the kiosk so they can text you and also make sure that your party is all there orusually they do not seat you. If you are a fan of gathering points they do have an app where you can collect points by givingthem your member ID when you pay for your meal and the points will accumulate there after. Read more

I ordered a Beef Hot soup mild w/ rice and it soooo delicious! My usual go to hot pot has been Tasty Pot over the years but... having Boiling Point for the first time, it might have just become my new go to! The service was very quick and we got our hotsoups within minutes of ordering. Lunch time also comes with a choice of sweetened green or black tea. What I loved most is thatthey offer a Passion Fruit collagen jelly for $1 with an order of a hot soup. The jelly was refreshing and sweet, it made aperfect lil dessert afterwards. Yummy Taiwanese hot pots!! #1 stinky hot pot and #3 Korean hot pot are our favorites. It?s a bit too salty for me, but I... always ask for more broth to balance the taste. This place is usually packed with a bunch of people, even in wee hours. We camehere close to 8 pm and had to wait over 20 minutes. Like their automatic notification system that allows me to input my cellphone into a tablet; it would automatically send a text notification when my table is ready. Read more
I ordered seafood and my friend ordered beef soup. At bottom of my soup I found 1.5x1.5cm plastic. Manager said SORRY and took... off my bill. I only paid my friend's$20.52. manager did not tell me why the plastic sheet was in the soup. Even manager saidsorry, but I think all customers must know why? Is SOP issue? Kitchen cook soup in a plastic bag? All customers drick plasticsoup? Customers will get cancer . On myway out we saw a police at outside of restaurant. We were thinking to report to policebut police was too busy talking to a small group of people.
