It took 30 minutes wait to be seated and 50 minutes for 2 breakfast orders to be cooked. This location has staffing issues.... There were many empty tables and only 80% were seated. They kept a long line of people waiting. The food took a long timeprobably due to severally understaffed in the kitchen. They have 2 hosts stood in the front yet they?re only seating peopleevery 1/2 hour. We ordered the value slam which really should take no more than 5 minutes to make if they?re efficient. Read more
What?s wrong it is? I order 3 items and gave him $4.33 tips(my food is $17.97)only gave me one. I think I need to get my money... back. There?re almost $10. I called them twice, the lady answered my phone but she didn?t want to report to their manager tosolve the problem, instead, she asked me to call their manager tomorrow morning by myself. This place is awesome, me and my boyfriend is having breakfast and this place was a bit busy and let me tell you even tho this... place is pretty busy in the morning you can see the manager checking on their customers and even helping on the floor helpingher servers giving refills on drinks coffee even delivering the food on our table! She?s just awesome! I?ve never seen anymanger be on the floor helping their servers. Our server Manny is funny and attentive I will definitely be coming back. Read more

My family and I visited there last month and as well on August 3rd 2022. We went there in the afternoon the seats were a bit... messy and the floor but out server she wiped the seats when I requested. Otherwise her customer service was great. We havedifferent orders as seen in the pics..I was a bit disappointed ???????? with the sautéed zucchini and squash I couldn't eatthat.. ???? It was so greasy/oily, I could have used the remainder on my skin. In addition the fries got sogged up with that,like seriously ????, the salmon to go along was the only good thing. You all need to cut back on that grease/oil whatever, noone needs all that in them period, oil in itself looked like it needed to change, next time put fries on a separate plate. Thesignature panookie didn't disappoint was good. The strawberry pancake puppies first try was delicious ???? not to greasy you allunderstood the assignment. Our son he enjoyed his tenders and fries. I came here from IHOP that was down the street and had a 30 min wait on a late Saturday morning. Luckily there was no waiting... here so that was a really good thing. Got seated right away but noticed a few things while waiting to get seated. Manager wason his phone, behind the counter, while the restaurant had dirty tables and we were waiting to be seated. Didn't seem like anysense of urgency from the manager. Most of the workers seemed to be working. Lots of staff had visible tattoos. Those tattoosshould be covered. Muiltiple dirty tables, see photos. I noticed lots of dirty tables. Very unacceptable for appearance. Theservice by the waitress was also slow. She didn't come to our table right away to take our drink orders. I'm not sure if sheknew we were seated. Food was prepared rapidly and was good. Coffee was good. Floor was dirty. Recommend that they keep theplace clean at all times. Customers and greets become priority as well as service. They need to improve on those. Spent over$40 for two adults and a kid. Getting harder to go out and pay for service like this. Read more
