So I ordered the chipotle burrito, I was pretty disappointed that it wasn?t the creamy chipotle sauce but instead this really... cheap sauce that was nasty. And to top it off whoever made my burrito put an extreme amount of it! Honestly I couldn?t eat thedamn thing. I ended up throwing it away. I came here bc I wanted a tostada salad. The customer service is unlike any other ele poolo loco here. They price adjusted my... order bc I did not get all the extras on the item. They also came around to ask if everything was ok. They take pride in theirwork. They are feeding people . They do it happily you can taste the customer service in their food .
