I love Arby's! My wife and I went to this location the other day and I tried to use a coupon for a couple of sandwiches. They... told me to keep my coupon because they had the same thing as a promotion but for cheaper! Also, they forgot one of mysandwiches. I went through the drive thru again and let them know that they forgot it. They apologized and offered us additionalfood for free as a kind gesture. These guys are great! Will be back! Read more

They were out of several of the normal wraps and sandwiches we normally get here. It has been good in the past years, but this... was a total disaster. The order speaker can barely be heard from the car. We waited 15 minutes to receive our order. TheBuffalo Chicken Wrap in a stale tortilla holding about 4 pieces of chicken, 2 VERY thinly sliced tomatoes, 2 thin slices of 1/4of an onion ring slice, & 2 limp slices of lettuce all smothered with an over abundance of buffalo sauce plus a little mayo. Only saw 1 employee who was uncommunicative and unhelpful. This is our complete review of a restaurant we would have given 4 or5 stars in the past. Read more

Still have heard nothing. Don't be fooled when it appears like owner is reaching out to make things right. Zero response... since I twice filled out followup link.. READ FOLLOW UP AT END- DESPITE RESPONDING TWICE IVE HEARD NOTHING DESPITE OWNERSRESPONSE TO MY REVIEW SAYING PLEASE ADD MORE INFO-- Came in today at 500pm - not busy-no one in line at drive thru. Waited 15min on a $56 dollar order and two of the new burgers -the main reason we came - were left out of my order About $15 worth offood I didn't get. The food I did get was cold the drinks flat. Fries were half crinkle half curly in each container and cold.There were no other customers in front of us. So 2 people in my family had nothing but cold mismatched fries and flat drinksfor dinner. Once I got home and realized order was jacked I Tried calling. After 30 minutes I got a person whotold me no Mgrwas there. You could hear him asking someone what to say. The other person was being rude about it. I was told to call when anmgr was there about refund. I know.... but when u pay 60 bucks and wait 15 min u expect your order to be right. Throwing 15 away I could spend on gasoline FOLLOW UP. Notice after each negative the owner "reaches out to customer" for more info. I HAVERESPONDED TWICE TO THE LINK - HAVEN'T HEARD A THING EVEN THOUGH EMAIL SAYS WE WANT TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. I usually like their sandwiches they're pretty good but I got a salad and it's absolutely awful the lettuce I guess was frozen... and defrosted half of my bowl of my lettuce head water in it. Not to mention I didn't even get any kind of dressing....... I dounderstand it's a fast food restaurant but this is people's lunch so when you go drive-through a fast food place you expect tobe served the items that you deserve to eat your food cause that is your lunch that's what it's that's why it's called a fastfood to get your s*** straight and move the h*** on..... Worse Arby's there is. Yes, the one right next to Chick Fil A. My wife ordered 2 Arby's Roast Beef sandwiches, which mine had a... pile of flour on the bottom bun. I returned to the store and the inside was closed but I could see about 5 workers on theinside. I went through the drive-thru and waited 8 mins to get my order taken. The lady on the loud speaker was rude as hell. Iasked for the manager and she said she was the Manager. I wanted a refund but she said she couldn't refund my sandwich because Ididn't have the original card. Never heard of that at a fast food place but the manager Gina needs some training on customerservice and her ends clipped. Read more

Well maintained & despite appearing to be shorthanded, the service didn't lag. Didn't care much for the seasonal fish sandwich -... not that others do a superior job. Corporate thinking on buns requires radical change. Advertising something that haspreparation challenges (skinny bun, pale tomatoes, hard fried fish, etc.) does not invite repeat visits. Read more
