I think Chili's is underrated. They have lots of things on the menu that I enjoy. The restaurant is clean. Sometimes I have to... be patient with the service but that's just how things are these days with places being under-staffed. I really enjoy going toChili's. Had the Smokehouse Combo. Absolutely delicious street corn. I ever asked for a second cob. The Brisket Quesadillas were fine.... Nothing spectacular nor terrible about them. Everything else about the meal was good. Service was good too. Read more
Visited 9/15/22 @7pm for dinner Wish I would have asked our server for her name because she was extremely friendly and had... amazing service! This is how a restaurant should be run! The guy seating us was extremely nice and the food was perfect withzero mistakes. We had a group of 9 with 5 children and they handled us without a problem! Management here must be top notch! I have been here many times. My server on 3 of my last 5 visits was the same person. They were only interested in jovial... conversation with the regulars at the bar. The server failed to make eye contact at any time and never checked on food deliveryor beverages. I spoke to the ?on duty manager?, Connor, providing my phone and email with a request for contact from a topmanager. I never heard back. Food was sub-par compared to previous visits. I realize dining for one is not a huge priority fora large establishment, but genuine customer service feedback should never be ignored. This review rated 1.45 stars. Read more
Fey is such an amazing hostess and is always so polite. Isaac and Anthony are amazing at what they do and always go above and... beyond to make sure the customers are happy and the service is amazing! My boyfriend and I go there every Sunday and always havesuch a fun time and amazing drinks, will always recommend Chili's for a good date night! Read more
Great restaurant and food. If you want chips and salsa before you meal, make sure you ask for it. The waiter will not offer it... or bring it to your table, unless you ask for it. Plus, the chips and salsa is complimentary, so no charge. I particularlyenjoyed the chicken and waffles that I ordered today and had to take the rest home. The burgers that my kids ordered were verybig and they had to eat half of it and took the rest home. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated on a Sunday afternoon for afamily of 6. Great place to go and eat . The young man who waited on us was great. Good attitude. My burger was really good. Nothing to... complain on. Although the floor manager walked around asking about the food or service but never came to us. No big deal! Read more
