Absolutely found out go to spot for sushi in Rowlett! Hands down the best sushi! Their staff is great and friendly and their... rolls are made super fresh. It can take a little long, but hence it comes out freshly made and with great quality! Favorite isthe Caesar and their #3 off of their new menu is amazing! Food was good but nothing extraordinary. I think the sushi chef has a passion for sesame seeds as he put it on ever roll. Even... the salmon roll which should never have sesame seeds?. On the bright side the salmon roll contained a lot of salmon. My husbandsroll which contained something deep fried in tempura. He said the oil used for frying was bad and made his roll taste horrible.Everything else was good. Upon walking in we noticed a very strong smell. My husband said he thinks it?s whatever they clean therestaurant with. I think it smelled terrible and I don?t want to smell that while eating. Service was ok. Won?t be back to behonest. We drove out of our way for this place but to us it?s just not worth it. I say try the place if you JUST want somedecent sushi and can bare the smell of chemicals while eating. Read more

We used to frequent many other sushi places in Dallas. Once we found Kaizen we refuse to go anywhere else for sushi. The staff... is amazing, their sushi is top notch, and the atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Prices are fantastic, but we always always overorder and take home a whole meal. You need to go here.
