$15 down the drain! best thing about my order was the onion rings and coke, hard to mess up on those! My chicken sandwich was so... soggy the breading came off the chicken, it was lukewarm and the meat on the Bacon Cheese Toaster wasn?t fresh, a big glob ofbbq sauce right in the middle of it. Both sandwiches seemed slopped together with no care! Yea I was in drive thru line forjust 2 minutes but it?s important the food is hot. Had put in a mobile order, put in the the app that I was there, entered the stall #. After the app said my order was completed... and hadn?t received anything i pressed the red button on the stall. I waited over 30 minutes ! The employee didn?t evenapologize for the wait. #unprofessional Read more

I had 2 breakfast burritos that were awful, companys should never post a picture of a large overrunning burritos full of eggs,... bacon and cheese but when you get it it is mostly tortilla. These things were dry and tasteless and so were the tater tots.Just bad all around! Hope it was a one off experience! Read more
It was terrible. I pulled into one of the stalls, hit the button, waited about 5 minutes and no one answered. Pulled into... another stall, pushed the button, waited 5 minutes, no one answered. So I drove around to the drive thru and when they that myfood out I asked if the speakers were working, they said, which one. I'm like any of them. I was at 2 stalls before I had to gothru the drive thru for you guys to wait on me. I'm sorry is all they had to say. So I rate them with no stars. Read more
My husband ordered 2 drinks. Not a big order at all. An ocean water and a vanilla coke slush. After multiple times of it being... repeated back to my husband they STILL got it wrong. They gave my husband a vanilla shake instead and the ocean water was beyondnasty!!! It tasted like a flat soda with a tremendous amount of syrup over ice!!! Absolutely the worst ocean water I've everhad. This is not the first time we have gone to this location and after multiple chances and multiple times of screwing thingsup we will NOT be back to the dalrock location. Read more
Last time I came service was fantastic. Lately it's been TERRIBLE! Slow, the drive thru needs to be remodeled so cars in drive... in aren't stuck waiting. Recent visit we did not receive our children's drinks. On top of that there was hair in the fries andtater tots scattered in the fries. Very disappointed. I asked for a refund and the car hop said she will get me more fries. Whywould I want more hairy fries and wait longer. I demanded refund and she quickly gave. I will never return here again.
