This was my 4th time attempting to come To this location because it is right by my house after 3 previous instances where my... order was screwed up. This time I was attempting to order a steak breakfast burrito which on the screen their menu states Is $5.69 for the combo but the woman taking my order was ringing me in for sausage or bacon and upgrading it to steak for another.70. I asked her why this was and she said it was an up charge and I said mame I?m looking right at your menu and it shows forbacon or sausage it?s 5.49 and for steak it?s 5.69. I ended up just getting frustrated and leaving. Will not be back to thislocation. Read more

For those of us who are drunk or have the taste pallette of a 13 year old Taco Bell is where it's at!! This location has always... been great, in fact, I don't think I've had one order messed up yet (which is uncommon for most TB's). Always been quick andeasy getting in and out!! Read more

This is the third time that I arrive to pick up an order and their doors are locked. They have a sign and tell you to come in... through the doors but because they?re locked often you can?t. Twice I?ve been told to back out of the drive thru because?they?ll just unlock the doors for me? but there are already cars behind me and the drive thru curves so it?s difficult to justback out. This last time not only did a worker get an attitude with me but also left out three different items from my order. Read more

Not much went well? I ordered online to pick up in the drive through so I didn?t have to get my little one out of the car.... Arrived to a sign that said I had to go in to pick up my order. An hour and a half after I placed my order online and waiting inthe hot sitting area for approximately 45 minutes, I finally received my order. Of course it wasn?t correct, missing toppings,and not the quantity of ingredients that I typically get at other locations. No one knew what was going on, the manager said shewas training ALL NEW STAFF on a Saturday night. Though she was apologetic, it would have been nice if they had at least startedmy order when I arrived as opposed to after I inquired how much longer my little one and I had to wait. If you want to order, Idon?t recommend doing it on line for a while and would also suggest you allow yourself a solid 30 minutes wait time after youarrive. Hopefully they get everyone trained up and efficient in the weeks to come. I however, will not return to this location Read more

If it was possible id given 0!!.. not busy at all and taking long to make the order... 3 meals all squeezed on a small bag!... I called to see if they had the chicken wings was told yes but only after 2pm. 2:30 I arrive to get them and the guy at the... speaker said they were closed, at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon!! I ran some errands on my way back I passed them and saw a linein the drive-thru, guess they finally opened. I was able to get the wings. They were hot, fresh, and crispy on the outside butthey reminded me of the fried wings you can get from Walmart. So not really impressed. Read more
