made an order online for pickup because i know they are typically slow. still ended up waiting 10 minutes at curbside pickup so... i called and they said they would bring it right out. 15 later and still no food so i called again and when i told them i was ina rush and was still waiting outside, they just put me on hold for another 5 minutes until they hung up and finally came outwith my food. I would probably pick you guys over any other burger spot, BUT no matter what time I pull up to this location, I'm in line for... at least 20-30 minutes. Some times after that 30 minutes my food is warm. If I'm willing to wait 30 minutes I WOULD LIKE MYMEAL.TO BE ????HOT????. With all that said I WILL BE BACK ??????. Read more

I love whataburger, A LOT, but THIS whataburger needs some serious help. The wait time is just ridiculous. Orders are often... messed up, and dont taste the best.. And it's every time! Thats the problem. This time, we waited in line for 35 minutes beforehaving to leave WITHOUT getting our food and there were still two cars ahead of us. No idea what makes this particular one sobad, but you've been warned. Drive 7 more minutes to the next one. Read more

Used drive through for 2 whataburgers and fries. Excellent service. Could clearly hear the attendant on the speaker and she was... very attentive and a Read my order back to confirm. Very friendly at the pick up window as well. Read more

This location on Hwy 66 Lakeview prkwy. There's just not enough time in the day to say how incompetent some employees are. Went... through drive through on 8-30-22 @9:05am and I specifically told the lady that I had a Free reward I wanted to use on one of myitems and she still charged me for the free item. I was told by another employee that they can't refund unless they get themanager to do it. I said get the manager to figure this out then. I would think that would be obvious that you would get themanager if im upset about the situation. The lady in drive through name is Jessica who obviously need more training. Thislocation is just horrible when it comes to service. It could be long wait times for dinner, over charging or getting orderwrong. ???? Read more

This is their idea of a large fry and a large onion ring... not only do you get the privilege of waiting in line up to 40... minutes after placing your order to get your food they only fill the containers half full and the drinks are not much better.And all this for an outrageous price almost double what Sonic charges. Ordered a #4 Jalepeno & cheese WhataBurger. It took over 10 minutes and the burger was dry and very plain. No mustard or... ketchup. One of the kids meal burgers bun was very stale and hard. My grandsons were originally very excited that we were goingto WhataBurger but extremely disappointed in their meals. Read more
