The doors were locked during the middle of the day. So we ordered via Mobile Order and our food never came out. So I had to... stand in the mobile order parking spot in case the food ever came out while my wife and kids took the car through the drivethrough to try and find where our food was. no matter what, guaranteed, every single time I've ever been to this location, the order is wrong. I need to return 100% of the... time if I don't triple check everything in the order. Got a fry and two McFlurrys. Asked the lady why one McFlurry was half full and the fries half full. She says that?s the size,... and proceeds to ask for the full McFlurry so she can dump it out to half way. Also charged 4 bucks for a large fry? Is thatanywhere else? She sucks?.And smells bad. I?d like to give NO STARS TO THIS LOCATION!!? I order the SAME THING EVERY DAY!! 95% of the time it?s wrong !! Think it?s on... purpose at this point !! ???? I would go to the other locations but they?re All 20 minutes away. They should pay my gas andmileage. Can?t get a simple coffee right !!! I waste $2.02 a day !!! Dump it out mostly! I would like to give negative stars. The place was disgusting. None of the tables were clean. Food all over the floor.... Employees were rude when I asked for a napkin to clean off the table. The soda area was covered in spilled soda. Justabsolutely gross. Read more
I asked to customize a sandwich which was extremely difficult for them to understand, they started arguing with each other and... the guy was dripping sweat. I asked the Big Mac but instead of beef patty, chicken. They removed keeping the same price, so Ipaid more than 5 dollars only for the break and lettuce, than adding the chicken for almost 5 dollars once again. I ordered 2 quarter pounders 1chicken sandwich 1fri and 10 PC nuggets and 2 drinks.$36.00 later they forgot 1quarterpoundrr when... we arrive home both quarter pounders were raw not even close to being done there was no sause and the nuggets were definitelyreheated and dried out and nasty. Most of the food ended up in the trash. This is not the first time I have been disappointed atthis location but it will be the last I will go hungry before I go there again. Read more
11/22 my visit occurred at 5:15 pm. After ordering and eating my meal I ordered an ice cream for the kids to go. This is when... I noticed the employee who was taking out the trash with no gloves on return to the restaurant and immediately head right to theback where he started eating fries from the boxes sitting there. He then proceeded to pack the same fry boxes he was eating outof into someone?s order. He continued this activity for 3 consecutive orders. Never did he wash his hands. If you orderedthrough the drive through at 5:15 on 11/22 then hopefully you don?t get sick from the fries you were served. I?m hoping themanager sees this. I plan to contact Rowley board of health.
