Got in drivethough line 1017pm, 1 person in front of me, waited 10 min to place order, then the guy says, we don't have any tea,... no Mac and cheese or desserts, we can give you extra biscuits as sides and coke to drink. I only got 5 blacked tenders and asingle burnt biscuit, for 14$. Took 45 min to get that. Sad sad Read more
Expect to waste at least 30 minutes in this location...Troy the cook has 7 pieces of spicy chicken in the tray and it looks like... it's been here over 40 minutes. The lady said noone buys spicy chicken...so does that mean cook a few pieces and let the restsit until someone buys it? He's in the kitchen walking in slow circles doing nothing and the two ladies are closer than closebefore. Why is both on drive the what about the front. Y'all need trainings. When first 55 opened quality was good but since quality and service has been declining and not getting better. The service: the... attitude of some are deplorable, not much for customer service, and have found myself calling and going back several timesbecause my order was not correct. The food- I stopped buying spicy because it was tasteless as if killed the chickens out backand just cooked it with a whole lot of flour. Sometimes the chicken is overcooked and dried out. The regular fried chicken from Popeyes was great. I just needed 24 pieces of chicken. I had ordered 24 pieces from Food Lion. ... I got there to pick up chicken at Food Lion at the scheduled time and they didn't have any chicken for me to pick up. I leftFood Lion and went to Popeye's and told the Supervisor my delima. The Supervisor at Popeye's found the best bargain for me. 24 pieces of chicken for $29.99. All the chicken was just cooked fresh. Everyone loved the chicken. I got 6 of each, wings,breasts, thighs and legs. I would recommend Popeye's in Roxboro. Read more
