The ice machine out of order ( as in not making ice ). O M G The Tray to sat the cup on was dusty & I saw pieces of short... hairs. The Drainage Spill Tray has black mold & Slime in it/on it. But the Food area was clean. Read more
First off, they got rid of regular sweet onion sauce which, basically makes their Italian sub. It's now mixed with teriyaki and... is thick and would be nasty on an Italian sub. The staff were friendly The fountain drink / ice machine.....it is disgusting,literally mold growing on it in several places near the dispensers......which i discovered when one of the buttons wouldn't workand I looked under the dispensers. Prior to that....The dr.pepper was 90% water the sprite tasted nasty as all get out, the cokebutton didn't work at all, we finally found the tea to be drinkable enough to get our food down but was by no means good. Therewas a puddle of water/drink coming from under the machine dripping off onto the counter and down it, into a bucket that wasoverflowing. The fountain drinks were $5 for 2 larges, so that was a complete waste of money. The sub was fine no complaintsthere,(other than lacking sweet onion sauce) and typically I do not complain about things, but the fountain Machine was insimilar shape last time I came, finding black goo in my ice a good while ago, at the time they also had no AC and it wasmiserable in there. The whole place needs a makeover or at the least a professional, deep cleaning. I'd be shocked to see theplace legitimately pass a sanitation inspection. Read more
Great service and made my sub my way. Was happy that they brought back the sweet onion sauce????
everybody was quiet and rude, nobody was in work attire, people had headphones in, they didn?t change gloves between customers,... nobody had a mask on, it?s as if the place is run by a group of hungover teens. not to mention the girl making my sandwichtouched the bread with the scrunchie hair tie on her wrist. would absolutely never come here again. We asked for a cold cut combo and the girl put just bologna on the bread. When we asked where the other meat was, she stated... that it only comes with bologna. The ither person that was putting what you want on the sandwich said yes they changed themenu. If you wanted the other meat it was now called a bmt. The store was nasty and the girl who was working apparently had afriend hanging out with her in the back of the store. She kept disappearing and you would hear a lot of laughing and cutting up. They had a line of customers and it took forever just to get the sandwiches made . Read more
My daughter ordered a sub with white bread online. The store substituted wheat bread and did not contact us to see if that was... OK. Next time I am unwrapping it in the store to be sure they gave us what we wanted. Also she requested and was charged forextra meat and did not receive it. When I walked in to pick up the order, my presence was not acknowledged, even when I pointedout that I was picking up the order. Everyone. Be sure to Check your online orders. Read more
Staff are rude. The young woman always has an attitude like we are bothering her. I waited 10 mins for someone to take my order... they were to busy on their phones. I was the only customer in there. She kept looking at us rolling her eyes. Finally we justleft with out even ordering. This is the worst subway I have ever been too. Read more
I wanted a salad and they told me that they didn't have a top for the salad and only bowls. When I asked the short pregnant... manger for the directors phone number she refused! Why sell salads if you don't have tops! Read more
