While ordering through the drive-thru I asked for a triple cheeseburger plain only cheese, and repeated that I wanted it plain ,... the lady on the intercom said ok, I also ask for an apple pie no issues, ask them if they have milkshakes she slightly pausesand says no, so I say ok and continue to pay and grab my order. Upon receiving my order the triple cheeseburger was not plainso instead of going back to the long line of the drive through I park and head inside, where immediately I see 2 milkshakesbeing distributed (mind you "they have none") I ask for a replacement for the wrong order of the triple cheeseburger, I ask themanager if they have milkshakes she says yea, so I tell her it's kind of weird I ask for one in the drive thru and I am told udon't have any, she just looked at me and turned to talk to the drive thru personnel which I thought she was going to check whatwas going on. Yet she just started joking and laughing with her. It's amazing the amount of things ppl don't believe u can tellwhen they don't realize you speak Spanish like they do ???? anyways looking at the reviews its not really new. Read more
This is the most disorganized McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Its currently 7am and I?m trying to feed my kids before church and... staff are just walking in ignoring my service! This establishment was supposed to be open for business at 6AM!!! Employees arelooking at me through the window and when I was finally able to get the attention of one he came out and said he doesn?t speakany English. It?s just completely absurd that this happening within my own community!!! Over 5 cars have came and left becauseof the poor service and I can?t stand to watch my neighborhood McDonald?s be presented in such an unprofessional manner. Read more
I will never go to this McDonalds again. I waited in line for 35 minutes to place my order, still made it to place my order... before they closed and was completely denied service because the employees wanted to call it a night. The worst part is, theperson behind me placed their order and received a meal as I waited due to suspicion of the staff. I?ve never been deniedservice to a fast food place 10 minutes before they close with 10 other customers behind me. On top of that- there was nomanager to talk to or number to call to provide feedback. I have friends who own McDonalds and Dominos and they?d never acceptthis. Shut this place down. Absolute trash. The food was decent, but the staff was terrible. Nobody was at the register to take orders. Everything was in the kitchen area,... whether they were preparing food or chatting with the cook. Some of them saw people in line, ready to make orders, and acted asif we weren't there. Few minutes after, a male crew came to one register to do something, ignoring customers. A second male crewcame to the first crew, chatting with him and also ignoring us. It has to take a third crew to notice us to go to the registerand take our orders. This is so unprofessional and disrespectful. Please have your crew train in order to provide bettercustomer service. Read more

Came in at 4:21 on June 13th. I waited an hour for my food. While most people who work heres attitude was awful and they?re... laughing at us customers, saying they don?t get paid enough to clean our trash. one gal sat and cleaned the same table talkingto her friend for 20 mins. I think this McDonald?s needs a revaluation on their employees because this is the definition of ?Ijust work here? . Read more
Fast and very friendly. They got all of my order right and the food was warm and fresh. I just hate old fries from McDonald's... but the service was close to how I love it. Consistently the location with the worst service of all the chains I've visited. Even after they got their digital self order... booths installed, there's literally been no improvement to the speed. Waiting 30 mins for a medium coke and that's sorta averagewaiting time for this location. Whether you're walking in or drive through, the wait time is the same weekly if you visit duringevening or right after work. This place has been a horrible mystery over the years. There is a bright side to it. If you visitin the AM or noon, the service is a bit quicker, no thanks to management, it's just the hour where you have less traffic. Read more
