This place has gone waaay down hill. I tried to be understanding the first few times because we all know places are understaffed... and supply chain issues, etc. But I will not be returning to this restaurant anymore. Waited 20 min for a simple order and gotalmost everything wrong. Cold, soggy fries. Jipped us a patty on a double burger and literally got 5 fries on a kids meal andeverything on a the burger when I asked for plain. No ice cream coupon for the kids meal. Hardly any mashed potatoes in a potatobowl and no cookie. Total waste of time and money. Read more
Every time I go to this location (including yesterday) they are always ?cleaning the ice cream machine.? It was just after 6 pm.... Why would you clean that machine during a dinner rush time? It doesn?t matter when I go. The fries were cold. The hamburger wascold and the bun was partially frozen. The only good thing about the meal was the sweet lightening Mountain Dew. Read more
Charged me for the wrong food and did not give me a receipt then I tell them the order is wrong and they tell me I have to drive... around to the front and they will bring it out to me. When they bring it out they forget my drink and tell me to drive backthrough the drive through and they will get it for me. I drive around and there is a line of cars I have to wait behind in line.When I finally get to the window and tell the the guy working there I never got my drink seems way annoyed I?m back because oftheir mistake. When I open up my bacon cheese burger it?s a dry patty with a bunch of onions and undercooked bacon. The staff here is very lacking on politeness and personality. Chili cheese fries are just fries with a splash of cheese and... some red sauce. Update....everything is cold like they just took it out of the fridge and bagged it up. Horrible place ill nevereat here again. Read more

I got an A&W order. My experience was mediocre. I asked for no pickles, and that got missed. The burger patty itself has A LOT... of salt applied to it. My Sierra Mist was mostly carbonated water with very little flavoring. Finally, it was a 10 minute waitat the drive-through with no one in front or behind me (although it did look like they had some inside orders). Prettydisappointed with this location. I like A&W, but the Roy location leaves something to be desired. :( Edit: As I'm gettingthrough my meal, I've found there are no napkins in the bag. Read more
Open your lobby. I will not come here again until I can sit down and enjoy my lunch. I refuse to eat in my car and will not dine... anywhere that forces me to do that. Read more
