I am a long time fan of Arctic Circle. It was my first job a lomg long time ago and my opinion may be biaed. The kids who work... there are kind and respectful. The entire estery reminds me of high school and fun times. Like all places the prices have goneup since 2010 but that's not their fault. It is just life. The kid who took my prder was polite, kind, and joked around with mewhich is nice. The supervisor who brougjt out my flod and later checked that all is well was pleasant, respectful, andhelpful. All around Arctic Circle is still my favorite place to get ice cream. Read more
I brought my family in tonight for food and ice cream. We had the potential to be a very frustrating group with long varying... orders and special requests, my young boys can be a lot for anyone and definitely for younger workers with no kids of their own.That all being said we had an amazing experience with workers here being patient kind and attentive. As I sat in the lobby andwatched they worked as a well oiled machine to take care of everyone?s needs quickly and kindly. Great teamwork!! Thank you. Read more
They removed my review about how well one of their workers did and how they deserve a raise. They don't support their employees... getting compliments I guess? Swapped my review from 5 stars for awesome service from an employee who's name escapes me at themoment, to a 1 star, since they didn't want that employee recognized. Read more
Good burgers. Don?t ask for extra fry sauce or they won?t give you any. They are very protective of it for some reason. They... have Pepsi products so don?t forget. The kids play land is better than nothing but could use a little help with moreactivities. Courtesy cons are the way to go to make the kids be quiet. I wish they were a little better at getting the foodout the window. They are proud of those kids meals and I?m starting to notice it and not sure I like it. Ordered a "twist cone" because they were cleaning their flavor machine(at 830p.m.???? they "close" at 10p.m.) so I couldn't get... bubble gum or blue goo. Received less than half a small cup of chocolate ice cream with a cone on top ???????????? Read more
The chicken tenders were barely cooked and dripping oil. The cheeseburger was just ok. The taco salad was pretty good.. Hence 2... stars. Read more
