Super disappointed. The last time I got delivery was November 2021 and my order was delivered much later than expected and my... food was cold. I decided to try again tonight, August 2022 and the same thing happened. I will not be ordering again. Marco's ismuch faster and the food is actually hot. Pizza always tastes great but more often then not they forget the extra pizza sauces or pepperchinni?s that I order. Come on... guys you can do better then this!! ???? I have never had this bad of an experience. We put a order in with a lady who could not even speak English we waited almost 2... hours and our pizza never came and we called back and they said there was never an order put in and the manager at the like shewas so put out that we even called. The manager spoke as if she was the most miserable person in the world like she hates herjob that bad. It really sucked and I would never get pizza from them again. Read more
I am so sad to give three stars because Papa Johns has always been my go to pizza ever since I was young it?s always been a... family favorite. So to give this context I am an over the road truck driver that just so happened to get into Ogden right as all the truck stops... are filling up. So I?m out of time and finding a legal safe haven is not always easy and one that has food , drinks andfacilities is even harder. That being said I thought this time around I might just order a pizza ,not all places cater to truckdrivers so I was really appreciative that this place was willing to deliver to me cause otherwise I?m not eating. I?m a goodclip from a store but in a vehicle about 4 miles from this location so 10 minute drive. Anyway I call up explain my situationand the young man on the other end of the phone said it was no problem he took my order and proceeded to tell me that it wasgoing to be an hour and it should be right out. An hour does seem like a while but I figured a walk would be at least that andit?s Sunday so ok no problem I thanked them and waited on my order. An hour or so goes by and a young guy 18 or so shows up andgives me my pizza he?s in such a hurry he almost left without giving me the receipt to sign or anything when I said something hefinally produced one it came off to me that he had something to do with it although I can?t prove that it seemed to me he was Ina hurry because he didn?t want to stick around for when I noticed his and his buddies handy work and to think I even left theboy a tip and a pretty modest one considering he only had to drive four miles. So ok I get my pizza i open the box getting readyto eat and this is what I see first off I ordered one extra garlic sauce which is there as you can see it?s just seems to havebeen placed and smashed into the center despite there being plenty of room in the other three corners of the box And secondly Iordered three extra peppers which I didn?t get and instead as you can see I got one and another one that looks like it?s beenchewed on. I placed an order went and picked it up and when i got home it was the wrong order ??????????? needless to say i was crushed i... called them and they fixed my entire order and delivered it to me.
