Pizza Hut is the only pizza I really enjoy. For some reason though it seems like the quality of pizza depends on who's working... at the time. The last three times I've ordered from this particular place the pizzas were so outstanding we felt like we hadgone to pizza heaven. This last time, however, the quality was very disappointing. This was by far the worst pizza experience I have had in many years. It reminded me why I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut. I... ordered at 7:50 pm and the pizza arrived at 9:00 pm, (on a Monday evening) barely warm and 90% of the order was incorrect. Ilive 5-10 minutes from the store but somehow the driver took 25 minutes to get from the store to my house and again showed upwith barely warm food. One item out of 4 was correct in the whole order. When I tried to call back at just past 9:00 pm I gotthe voicemail stating they were closed, despite their hours being listed as open until 11 PM. All around a terrible experiencewith them, only saving grace may be the 1-800 number I got directed to call from their early close voicemail that actually washelpful. Read more
Great staff and the pizza was very good. They were running a bit behind but that's no worries because they seemed to only have... 1-2 employees working in the back. My thought is that $15-$20 pizzas would be able to afford more employees. But the currentemployees were fantastic and did a great job. They were super nice and accommodating. Just received our order and all the pizza boxes are smashed, none of them had the little white lid supports. One pizza half of... it stuck to lid when we opened it. The only reason it's not a one star is the girl on the phone seemed genuine when sheapologized and said they would get a replacement out asap. Another reason for the negative review is that Everytime weve orderedfrom here (which is not often) it is obvious they hold the driver until they can load them up with as many orders as they canbecause we live exactly 1.9 miles from their store and the food is like warm when it showed up.... I ordered my food at 5 o?clock. I received my food at 7:30. I paid 60 dollars for wings, one pizza and bread sticks. All three... items were crushed. The pizza was cold as well as the breadsticks. This place is overpriced trash. Wish i could get my moneyback. Read more
I have been going here for over 30 years. At times they are not very good but I'll tell you today my pizza, stuffed crust meat... lovers with jelpoenos, was done in 10 mins great amount of cheese in stuff crust; great amount of sauce; great amount of cheese.Dough sometimes tastes stale not this time.
