Literally Came in to get dinner tonight. Everyone ignored the fact that my husband was standing at the counter for 30 min plus.... When he got home our food was absolutely disgusting. I don't think ive ever been this disusted with a single taco bell ever.Chicken chalupa bread was harder than a rock and cinnamon twists were so disgusting I couldn't even think about eating them. Ordered on the app and my substitute sauce was ignored, and my crunch wrap had almost no meat. What little there was, was... squished out to the edges, not good. This isn't the first time that they've messed up the order. Read more
I used to like this restaurant. But as I used to be worked food safety auditor, I can see so many food safety violation... activities in there. This is the one I pulled out from bag. Had to leave 1 star cause that?s all I could. Honestly probably the worst experience at the window drive though. We ordered one... thing and asked for hot sauce. The man working the window closed the window after handing out food... we simply waited to checkour food in the bag and make sure that we had everything but since we love hot we wanted 2 more. As we look at him through thewindow, he looks at us with annoyance.... and is motioning us with his hand to leave the area without hearing that we justwanted two more hot sauces. Finally after a couple minutes... he opens the window in anger( no idea why he was mad) says healready gave us some and wanted us to leave. We asked him for a couple more almost throwing them at us and then slams the windowshut with no words. I understand completely that people have bad days but this is no excuse for the way he treated us. If youdon?t like your job.... work somewhere else.... maybe don?t work the window. Very nice and respectful staff! They made a very minor mistake on my order and not only did they notify me once they caught the... mistake, but they went above and beyond to make sure the mistake was corrected and made sure we left satisfied. Plus the foodwas a 10/10. Overall 5 stars Read more
