Today is Wednesday may 11th this 7 eleven is open till 7:00pm that is a little better but it is still not helpful to the people... who live in this area when they need to make a stop to pick up a few things also it seems like they only have 3 cashiers theydon't have a evening or midnight cashier they only have dayshift cashiers I am curious will you be doing more hiring of staff tofill all your shifts that's available Read more

7-Eleven is always great place to go and buy whatever you need real quick. the staff is usually friendly and courteous and very... helpful. And the building is usually clean. During high business hours it's a little difficult as you have to wait in line buthey we all have to wait sooner or later for what we want! Read more
Called like 5 times. No answer. I drive there and the guy is just standing by the prepared trying to close the lid on one of the... veggie cups.. and the phone is still ringing cause I'm still calling just to check if the thing works. Then he's like "do youneed something?", Still inspecting the foods. He stays over for a while as I stand by the register. I'm like "yes man". I tellhim the phone is ringing.. he says "I don't answer it cause they just yell at me". I get it.. you work at 7/11, but come ondude. If you don't want to handle it just quit. Maybe you're on your last 40 minutes and you're out of juice. Ok. I came toreturn a malfunctioning electronic product, which I had brought in only because a manager I spoke to that morning said I couldreplace it without receipt. This guy wipes his face and says I can't return it and to come back tomorrow when the manger is in.It's not what I was expecting.. but whatever. Thank you for the weird service. The staff at this location are beyond rude and incompetent. I made a purchase this morning and realized when I got to work I... purchased the wrong item. I go back to the exact same location after work and the cashier tells me she cannot return it becauseshe didn?t sell it to me and I would have to come back when that particular cashier was working. How am I supposed to know 7/11employee schedule?!! I asked for the manager name and the store number she says she can?t give it to me. I asked for corporatenumber she tells me to google it. I get home and google the number, and call corporate who informs me this is not their storepolicy and they are unsure why the employee would say it is. I google the stores number and asks to know when the manager wouldbe. They put me on hold for over 15 and never came back to the store. I will never patronize this location again even though itis closest to my home. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a store in the longest time.
