Great Neapolitan pizza with an edge. Their ?Biga? process is really cool, and lends a sourdough-type flavor to the crust. The... appetizer wings were yummy ? home style flavor I wasn?t expecting. I had the Bocco Sausage pizza, which was excellent. The onlyreason I have it four stars instead of five is because I felt the amount of sausage was a little skimpy being that it wassupposed to be the star of the show.
