Every weekend we get a bagel sandwich and coffee from this place and it's consistently fantastic. Never anything other than... fresh and fast. I don't know the names of the three workers that are always there but they're incredible and keep the placeclean and running like a well -oiled machine. Read more
My bagel arrived burnt. Since the dining room was closed I didn?t realize it until I had left the store. I returned and asked... for a refund because it was burnt. The woman who had prepared it said next time ask for it to be ?lightly toasted? as if it wasmy fault. I know the difference between burnt and ?heavy toasted?. Was a bit of a wait but had 2 employees working so I didn't mind. Went later in the day and still had a wide range if bagels... available which I feel is unusual for most bagel shops so it was nice to still be able to have the choice of a speciality bagelif wanted. I went into this place TWICE last week with some of my classmates, was super excited being that we always eat at Starbucks in... the morning and finally found a legit bagel shop, soon we walked in it was very unwelcoming the cashier was GREAT but the ladywith the short hair fixing the food was terrible at customer service, I asked if I could substitute for a folded egg she blew meoff with an attitude saying ?umm no we don?t do any special requests AT ALL? and turned back around, once we got to the registerwe changed the cream cheese on our bagels and she got upset with the cashier for doing it saying be more clear and don?t doanymore special request which I didn?t understand how was that a ?special? request everyone does not eat certain things!! Sheeven told the cashier to shut up. We went back in the second day and she was the same way until two white guys came in and shewelcomed them with open arms with a smile and everything! I will never spend my money at this establishment again! The food wasgreat but customer service was not! It was great. Well worth the trip. I'm in the loyalty club which they look up with your phone number, which I didn't know so my... order went on that which was super great!. They didnt have one flavor I was looking for but had another(salt) that was evenbetter because these were for my sister coming back to this state from TN for a visit. So she will be very happy????. Plus theselection of flavored cream cheeses was great and I got to pick 2 included with my dozen bagels. Got the honey walnut and can'twait to taste it!???? Read more
This is most uninviting place in Royal Oak. Management and staff are unnecessarily rude with one bright exception, the young... African American girl at the register. She is a sweetheart. When Karol managed this store the vibe was warm and welcoming. I'dbeen a customer for over a decade now but will not return to this location. Read more
A Wonderful Place to Grab a fresh cup of Coffee!!(Fabulous!!) The coffee here is fabulous!! Beautiful! Robust flavor ,truly... satisfying!! Bagels are excellent too!
