This is a physically the nicest Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to! Very tall ceilings covered in modern wood slats, hundreds of... LED can lights and about 40 LED screens. The music is pleasant pop, but not so loud you want to run into the street screaming,“ let me out of here!” That is so prevalent in todays sports bars. The food is good! I’ve never had a bad wing at BWWever. My only annoyance here unlike any other location I’ve been to is you cannot specify “drums only,” you must take whatthey are dishing out. Ok! I generally don't get too worked up when my food is wrong because I know they can correct that but when our food was wrong and... our bill was about twice the cost it should from random food added to our order, I get frustrated. That is why I have the onestar here. The food was fine but the service was bad. They had to bring out our food at different times since things weren'tready and things we didn't order were brought out first. (We did not eat any of this unordered food. It was immediately sentback to the kitchen so there was no confusion) When they brought out the bill it was just about the last straw. A complete dump. The host was rude, they claimed there was a 20 minute wait when there was tables open, not even 25 percent... full. Bar was dirty and sticky and the bartender acted like I insulted his grandmother when I said something about it. We waited30 minutes for our food and when we asked about where it was, we immediately got the wrong food AND it was cold. Clearly sittingsomewhere. We said something, and then they remade the wrong food again. You'll be lucky if any of the employees that show upare actually sober. I hope this disaster of a location closes down and is bulldozed into a parking lot or something. At leastthen I could pull up and have a decent parking spot to some other restaurants in the area. Yesterday I had thee worst experience at this location. My brother is a local nurse and we met after leading our oldest brother... has cancer. We experienced hatred from the door staff. The entire door staff and manager on duty last night along with acontractor refused entry to my brother and I (38) because my brother (29) didn’t have ID and all we wanted was to just eatdinner. After I questioned the policy and tried to make a human appeal the door contractor said that he was the highest manageron duty and continued to tell the other staff present that because I was questioning policy I’m the problem with all blackpeople. I simply asked did the policy make sense from a human perspective and I’m the problem with all black people. He thangot aggressive and advanced gestures suggesting physical violence towards me. All of this negativity because my brother forgothis ID in car when I picked him up. What an awful way to treat other humans. We are all people.
